since I've downloaded this app, it has only worked once. Once in the hundreds of times opened, the app finally loaded my grades and assignments. Yet, in every other, I sit waiting at a screen that never loads. I didn't know an app could be so disfunctional and the developer still cares about the app. My jaw is through the floor for how disappointed I am. As a developer, it seems like they were trying to make a horrible app. Best Regards (use a web browser), me.

Issues on issues. I'm able to receive push notifications but when I click on notification & attempt to enter app, wheel just keeps spinning & does not load. It is not loading or updating the latest grades. I attempted to uninstall at the beginning of this school year because of the same issue last year. It was working fine the first week into school year but it's back to the same issues, will not load or update the latest information. Wheel spinning & no updates for the last two weeks. Horrible!

I know some people are all, "OMG, it never loads! Ughhh!" It works perfectly fine for me. Update your phone or the app, connect to Wi-Fi, or get a better phone or whatever, I don't know . I love this app. It sends me notifications when my grades change (in real time, by the way), it tells parents what your attendance is, so they know if you miss class or something, and it easy to access at [almost] any time! (As long as you're connected to Wi-Fi, of course. Duh) I love Powerschool mobile 🫶

Updated 10/25/23: I have downloaded the app several times over the last few years but it's never loaded. Nothing on the dashboard loads, and even my school info isn't on the app, it just shows the default made-up school name and address. I just use the website but I don't know how to view my current GPA anywhere but on the app. Very disappointing. 2024 update: I can finally use it. I am glad to get notifications when my grades change, but assignment grades take forever to show the current grade.

The PowerSchool app worked well for me last year, but this year so far it has been the opposite. The other day I couldn't even open the app without it crashing, and now I don't get notifications when a grade changes (something that was a feature that worked perfectly last year), and the app itself just doesn't sync properly anymore. I would've given it more stars has I written a review last year, but unfortunately I've now seen the flaws in this app.

Would be great if the "Fastest growing, most widely used student information system, serving tens of millions of students across the globe" actually worked. The app and website are both poorly maintained and are absolute pains to work with on a good day. I would adore getting notifications every time my grades change, but I don't, because the app refuses to sync up with the website on its own. The app is poorly maintained and seemingly forgotten by PowerSchool. Great job, folks.

It never works, hasn't worked in several years. Constantly says problem syncing or just loads, and loads and loads, but doesn't load anything. I have to go into the school website, and maneuver through everything to find my children and have to do this 3 times. I have emailed support several times over the past few years, it never gets me anywhere. All awful!

PS worked fine before the upgrade. Now there are no dates on the assignment due, no tab for upcoming assignments, to email a teacher it goes straight to Microsoft and I don't have an email account with them so that isn't helpful. It would be beneficial to have options when emailing...ie, gmail, Yahoo, etc. This app has basically become worthless as I have to access the desk top version to get the full picture of student status and even that is very confusing and hard to navigate.
