Two items that ruin the experience: 1) The "other players" are pretty much bots, and they tend to almost always win, which makes the game less fun 2) The ads are incredibly intrusive. $2.99 a month to remove them is ridiculous. If the game had a $4.99 option to remove them forever I might be interested, ut the current pricing is too steep. The game had good fundamentals, but the execution is lacking.

Recently downloaded this after a few years of not playing. I use to love this game but now all it does is freezes or glitches during a game. How unfortunate. Also the ads are more annoying than I remember and some of them you can't get out of unless you shut down Ruzzle and restart it. Reinstalled again bc of these issues and will look for a new game.

I have been playing Ruzzle for probably 15 years. I bought a new phone & transferred my apps, but Ruzzle wanted me to sign-in again & I don't remember my password. The emailed link to reset my password does not work. I have had it sent to me 5 times, but when I go to it immediately, each time it says the link is expired, request a new one. I do not want to start over now, lose my longtime Ruzzle friends, and I paid for ad-free, so please help me get a link that works so I can recover my account!

Too many apps. I have always played this game. It was my favorite. I would spend hours playing, but now it constantly freezes, lags quite often, even when loading. There are just too many forced ads. Sorry ruzzle I have to remove you after I finish up the rounds in pending status. If the game improves in the future, I will download again. I think it's a great game, but you broke what didn't need fixing.

I love this game, but it's getting incredibly laggy, probably due to all the ads. I used to lose 5 or 10 seconds on some rounds because none of my swipes register at the start. In my most recent match, I lost a full 30 seconds due to lag! Other times, I start a match and 3 or 3 seconds into it, the game freezes up and an ad starts to play. Ridiculous.

Level matching needs to happen. I'm generally fairly good at word games, but I'm either getting matched with nothing but stay at home soccer mom's with a decade of experience and level 90, or highschool kids running some sort of AI, or maybe there's paid features that give an unfair advantage, not sure. I just find it hard to believe that every player on there has an IQ of 999, lol. Other than that, a stimulating and fun game.

I'm mad. This is my go-to game, my most favorite and I cannot play the normal, timed tournament game. Why??? I STILL CANNOT PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT! I EVEN PAID TO REMOVE THE ADS.... Ok. My favorite game is BACK in full swing!!! Yay!! Some weird glitch in the system or something (must've been that funky mandatory presidential mass text or something 😉).

Cannot play the last few days. Games doesn't load properly and Cannot tap to play on any icons. Doesn't show names of players anymore! Somethings gone really wrong! Been playing this game for years! There has been glitches before but this time is kaputt! Haven't been able to play at all. At first I thought It was my phone screen but I downloaded to another phone, still the same issue. So it isn't the phones. Please fix system
