Eivätkö puhelut tule videona?

Stops working every few months in different way, have tried everything from battery optimization settings to toggling every single setting this app offers and re-registering my phone several times. Utterly useless and has caused an insane amount of problems in this household. Delivery drivers leave because I cannot open the door for them and not even tell them I am there. I have begun runnnig down the stairs and through the yard to open the door

As others say, if you can help it, don't get this service. Sometimes it doesn't work, you just get a phone call instead of in the app, and the app notifications for kissed calls don't disappear. I have to disable and re-enable notifications each time, very annoying. Sent an email about it, haven't heard back. I guess there's no fix. How can that eve be possible, are there no developers working on this app?

Super annoying! Since November 2024 I can't open the door anymore. App just declines calls and in case I get a call from the French number, it only allows talking to the visitor. In both cases I have to make the trip down from 7th floor to open the door. Please fix your app immediately as it is of no use the way it operates right now!

almost impossible to swap the number to a different phone when someone leaves the property. I still get the phone call from France saying someone is at my old address and the current occupant can't get notifications when they have a visitor. I complained to the help line and they said they can't fix it. great concept but absolute rubbish in reality

The app just doesn't work. It constantly keeps crashing. Even if I have the app open in the foreground, calls are not coming through. I already tried reinstalling and logging in again, buy to no avail. I wish they would just provide a dedicated hardware device that I could install in my how, rather than being dependant on this app. 2025 update: app is still useless. Even with it open on full screen, calls won't come through 80% of the time.

Awful. Rarely works, when it does it's poor reception, probably because it defaults to a phone call from France. Sadly installed by housing agency so, like everyone else here, I have no choice but to use it. Long overdue an upgrade at the very least. Does everything have to be an app? What on earth was wrong with an ordinary intercom? **Update** missed an important package today because the French phone call lasted three rings only. Completely rubbish and no discussion can resolve a useless app.

Don't know if it is a bug or permanent issue but calls in the app don't come through (it's been over 2 years, the app comes with my home so I can't change it). I've made sure notifications are on, phone always online and the app is updated. I don't recommend it.

It's good when it works but it's very flaky. Sometimes the app doesn't trigger and it phones you instead which is very annoying. Other times the app just won't respond while someone is waiting for an answer. Needs work.
