Regretted using this app. Non stop SMS & email spam ever since. Contacted them to remove my mobile number from their SMS database but zero response. I used to frequent this restaurant weekly, until the spam left a sour taste in my mouth. Now I never consider visiting the place.

The interface looks great and the menu looks so appetizing. Prices look reasonable too. Love the vegetarian and keto options availability too. Really wanted to order to try out the delicious looking food from the menu, but unfortunately, the app was so laggy and it crashed my phone 2 times. Had to restart the phone twice coz of that. 😣 So, I had to uninstall this app. Maybe when the app is fixed, I'll check out the food again.

I just been told that certain items are not deliverable, even though its available to order through the app and the order has been accepted. And I cannot cancel the order, so have to go and collect the food on my own, which kinda defeat the purpose of the delivery app. Furthermore, the staff unable to see the details of the order. The contact person is different from the app owner, which added to more confusion to the transaction. I am clearing all my credits and deleting this app.

I have been having issues logging into my account for the past couple of weeks coz no verification code was ever sent. And the app keeps logging me out automatically, which makes it harder for me to login back. Fix this issue coz it's getting more and more annoying.

All of my $$ in the wallet had expired without any prior email or push notification regarding this critical event! I contacted the support desk, and they directed me to review the T&C stated 1 year validity of "credit points". After emphasizing the absence of an option to check the expiry date within the app and citing the Bank Negara regulatory framework on e-money, they agreed to provide me with a credit voucher valid for 1 month.

The food and service is good with reasonable prices. However, the app needs a lot of improvement. Very unstable and always crashes. Can't complete an order smoothly without crashing a few times.

Reasonable and friendly delivery. Prices are outstanding as well. Food is delicious,. Need more variety. Only thing if app can tell me my delivery time or position, and price while adding to cart. Kudos and keep up the good food.

Very nice food and friendly staffs. Very convenient apps to use. Just order and pick up later. Downside is that the minimum top up is 50 and unable to transfer the balance.
