Wow I ran this app and it locked me out of my phone and told me I needed to pay my cellular bill! Pretty obvious this is a virus! I called T-Mobile and they confirmed I HAVE paid it! Now I have a brick, neither Google nor T-mo is willing to do anything about it. WORST APP EVER 0/5 WOULD NOT INSTALL AGAIN!

For all who want to know what is purpose of this application ( Device Lock Controller ) in my opinion this is for financers who sells phones on credit (loan,emi) to control the device locking , if you don't pay them in time (like monthly emi).

This is a malware made by goolag for sabotaging android devices. Uninstall it using ADB. Good thing they let you access settings, so you can enable Developer Options.
