to be honest this app is very good when it comes to cheap data but it so slow when it time for you to connect it and start using it,not just that but it also consumed so much data just as soon as it connects you will see some amount of data will just leave your Data balance without even using it. please you people should work on this app it needs more updates, and also make the connecting process to be so very fast.

Over the last 6 months, I've benefited from Geniex's valuable service. However, I've encountered significant app-related issues. Firstly, it excessively drains my phone's battery. Secondly, connecting takes a considerable time; after connecting, my phone's processor intermittently becomes unresponsive, with prompts about XOS system problems. Moreover, the app seems to consume a large amount of phone memory. Interestingly, uninstalling it resolved these concerns. Since removal

I'm reaching out to report an issue with your service on my Infinix Note 40 Pro 4G device. Specifically, when I connect to Geniex, it occupies two SIM card slots. My phone is dual-SIM, and every time I enable Geniex, it automatically disables my SIM 1 and takes its place. I've tried troubleshooting by deleting the app and redownloading it, However, the issue resolved and then persists again .. I am puzzled as to why Geniex needs to occupy two slots, especially since it has its own network..

I used to love Geniex, as it was a very nice app, all of a sudden, I started hating it, the way it takes so much time to connect makes me sick, the way the network disconnects and reconnects also make me wanna vomit, I used to be able to trade my G coins but now I can't anymore, why can't they just make it connect just as fast as mobile data? As you can see I gave it a three star bcuz I don't want to be all ungrateful. Oh and it drains battery life.

Frankly speaking, the app has been very nice when it came to it's bonuse, payment range and all that but a bad and unstable internet connection. I've been using it for the past few days and it is very annoying especially when it came to playing online games. It just switches to 3G from 4G and boom, that's the end. For gamers, this is not your go to app for internet service. It is better to go to other internet service providers and get your data there. For others, it might be worth a shot.

Serious network disruptions, keeps restarting arbitrarily, sometimes affects the usage of other apps on the phone and very very very poor customer service. They never respond to complaints. That's aside data vanishing and you keep seeing "mega bonus coming, please reconnect in a few minutes which has lasted for over a week now. Very poor choice of you are in Benin-city.

This app is really good with cheap data and regular free data but I would really like to be able to transfer or share data with another phone to another number and please try and fix your network connection. It gets really slow at times which is frustrating when you need it the most

It's really good. But, why can't it works on my phone. meanwhile, it's compatible with my phone on Play store. But, Infinix users can't use it after installed. I will advice that you guys fix this bug.
