Why is it that the app can never locate the device even if it's sticking to it? I have tried every damn thing but all of your apps have an issue with device location. I won't even get to the watch face, the device getting disconnected and data loss. This is a shame and regret buying a noisefit device. No proper assistance. Disappointed.

A useless app doesn't allow us to reset the profile password. The company doesn't believe after sales service and app updates. Don't recommend their smart watches, it's just an e-waste.

I bought new Core 2. After pairing it, notifications are not shown in watch such as call alert, sms alerts and and is being disconnected as soon as I exit the app. App is not running in background. Either the updated version is not supporting or watch is not responding properly. My order no. Is. 2069821. I am using Samsung phone.Please fix it or I will return the same. Nothing happened. Now I want to return the product. What is the procedure to return. I bought it from Noise app. Please return

Yesterday I buyed this product as usually your product second time disappointing to me, about your app issue. How many time I was try to connect with my phone but not succed. You product quality looking good thats enough only but functions and connectivity very poor. going to return your product as soon as possible today👎👎👎 never buying again your product very much disappointed.

worse app..... i have champ 2 watch and to connect watch it needs to login but every time I put password it says wrong information. and when It send verification code to my enail, it never delivers in email

I'm unable to connect my watch to my phone, when I try to change the password I'm not getting the verification code on my email I tried different email too still not getting verification code and unable to change the password

I had so much nice things about noice watches but now it feels like they were all false rumours the app doesn't work not even able to log in and this is happening after 1and half months of using it device gets disconnected again and again can't even get notification on it , regret buying a noise product should have instead gone for a boat watch

This app is not working. Can't connect. Its showing "please make sure wifi or data is available"... Doesn't do anything. I think rather than having so many confusing apps, Noise should consider keeping one single app as a whole for all its devices.
