Paid £12.49 for a subscription, the app immediately stopped working. Now all I get is a loading screen, no matter what device I use. No push notifications are possible while the app isn't working. The website has no help section, just an email link. Have tried emailing twice but there is no response. It's a shame, because this app is exactly what I was looking for. Strongly recommend you don't spend any money on this until it is fixed. If it does get fixed, I will update this review.

Edit: Well... it *was* working flawlessly for several months, but recently (just after subscribing, a couple of weeks ago I think) it has been getting stuck on the loading screen. I tried clearing cache and storage, and reinstalling. No luck. Using a Pixel 6 and Galaxy Tab S6. Bummer. It's a great app for my use case, and I will update back to 5 stars once it's usable again.

This is extremely useful when running simulation/computational code. Great for diagnosing issues and giving status updates as to when code finishes. While I could have set up an email server to automate sending emails, the convenience thos app provides beats it. It works like a charm and I don't have to think twice.

I've been using this for years as a paying user. Works really well! I like that you no longer need to hack things if you want to restore your id after a re-install. Would add to its awesomeness if it would work with microG as well (on /e/ for instance).

These guys are superstars, I had issues, I emailed support and in a hour Timm responded and after some discussion it turned out to be the huwaei phone settings, all 100% now great service! The product is simple to implement via python....

This is SO cool. I wrote some Python to scrape websites, needed real time alerts. Pip installed the Simplepush Python module, was up and running in a couple of minutes with encrypted alerts hitting my phone. Very slick.

Changed to 5 star review! The app and backend have always been 5-star in my opinion! The developer was also very responsive and incredibly helpful when dealing with an issue I had transitioning to the new app. Highly recommend this app!

I've been using simplepush several years by now for my internal infrastructure. Working flawlessly, and the new version is even better in terms of features and UI organization. Great user support as well!
