Bought the X3 because we saw it online after talking about how awesome it would be to see what we're scraping out of our own ears instead of going blind and feeling with an ear scoop. Unfortunately after multiple attempts following the instructions on the packaging as well as troubleshooting online we found out the item didn't work because some software in the device is ether broken or not installed. Per instructions it should be connected by Internet. But no matter what we did it never worked.

It isn't bad at all. I love using this thing. I get stuck on it and loose the track off time. It is a little wonky first learning how to connect it to your device, but if you stop and read and follow directions then you'll be fine.

I was so discouraged after reading the reviews I almost didn't even install it but I went ahead and to my very pleasant surprise it works great. U don't connect it to ur wifi.... U scan ur wifi and connect to curego..

After many attempts it would not connect no matter what i did. I followed the instructions step by step this thing is a POS and a waste of money. I would give it a negative star if I could.
