**Update** I've been using BrainTap now for 3 years. The headset is great, and I love the hundreds of tracks for brain training. They work! Having said that, getting responses from customer service has been challenging and very slow. Since the recent app update, I lost all my downloads, and my downloaded tracks no longer show in that section. That's my main issue with the app. It's consistently glitchy, even with updates. I think they are working on improving, so I am trying to be patient.

So far all the app versions have been a disaster, super glitchy and slow. I bought the device when in came out, was and is still very expensive. BrainTap promised a "Legacy" -subscription price of 120 USD yearly that will stay 'forever' if you stay as a customer, but it somehow that promise seems to be forgotten now, asking for 180 USD instead. And not only that, my last renewal price showed a price over 214 USD. Come on BrainTap, you used to be good! This is a ZERO STAR review!!

This app TOTALLY sucks. Too many times installing & uninstalling only to end up back on the proverbial gerbil wheel. I enjoyed it when it worked, but it's hit and miss. I'm getting off the merry-go-round. I'm done with BrainTap. I don't need added frustration in my life. I subscribed to the lessen my stress. It has only added to my stress. As soon as I send this message, I'm CANCELING my subscription!!! I warned them it would be my next move. I guess they don't care 🤷 😏 BRAINTAP: LISTEN!

I'm currently trying to open the manage your account page. It keeps kicking me back to the start page. When I use the free sessions, it skips or stops all together. When I close it out, it won't close unless I restart my phone every time. Then I get a message saying the app isn't responding, do I want to close the app or wait. Then, I can finally close the app. Why is this difficult to use? I have the latest version. I'm not going to spend money on an app that isn't working.

Functions terribly on Android. 1 star because SOMETIMES I can play a BrainTap session all the way through. App starts and stops sessions randomly. Session History does not save. Persistent error message about login that seems to just disappear but is annoying. Feedback button does not work. Blank screens now appear where you would normally browse for different sessions to play. Contacted support about all these issues, received acknowledgement but no help. They should be ashamed to charge $.

SO grateful for this device! The meditations have reduced stress & anxiety SIGNIFIGANTLY! I feel more relaxed & sleep more soundly. Issues w/ buffering & cut off were fixed by logging completely off the app & logging in new each time. This resets the app from all the back & forth while browsing. It also removes your prior session from lingering at the bottom, but you can go to the menu to find it again or store it as a favorite. The app also stores your user name & pword making login super ez.

Love the sessions but please fix this app! You cannot close it without force stopping it, and it keeps playing automatically at random times.
