Crashes all the time. Restart my phone works maybe once or twice then crashes. The reason for the crash is low or no data connection. Instead of gracefully exiting or giving a message it freezes and crashes. Only the best of code for this app. Of course this only happens if you are a technician and have multiple sites loaded. Fun! This app could seriously use some support for CCTV installation techs. I have 26 sites set up and it is a nightmare to organize and view.

The app only works a hand full of times. The other times when you open the app, it immediately closes. Very very frustrating and the company doesn't deal/ talk with customers only the person who installed it. And that person is unreachable.

Although I have all notifications allowed in the app and on the device, the motion alarm does not work. I don't get notifications for this app unless I open the app & then all the notifications rush in all at once.

Live audio/video works on every camera - but will ONLY playback video - NO audio playback...and I'm 99% sure that it *USED TO* work!

Works okay but occasional hiccups on playback. Would be nice if it could play back parts with people.

Terrible have 4 cameras, none work. 1 of the cameras was never right. Takes mths to reply, complains the whole time trying to fix it. What a waste of money.
