L'appli DPM (Driver Performance Management) de Microlise est conçue pour permettre à vos chauffeurs d'améliorer leur performance au volant, en leur fournissant une analyse détaillée, à tout moment et partout.Il leur donne une vue détaillée de leur performance par rapport à un certain nombre de critères, et fournit des conseils et recommandations pour réaliser des améliorations.
L'appli permet également aux chauffeurs de comparer leur performance par rapport à d'autres chauffeurs.
Les chefs d'équipe peuvent aussi utiliser l'appli DPM.
Elle leur permet de voir tous les chauffeurs dans leur équipe par ordre croissant de pire à meilleur chauffeur. Des informations supplémentaires sont également disponibles qui permettent de voir si les chauffeurs utilisent l'appli DPM.
Le DPM est un outil clé pour maximiser le retour sur investissement de votre solution télématique Microlise.

App now showing cruise control and green band driving. Asda vans don't have either of these and it's now affecting our scores. Can it go back to how it was before? Thanks Dropped rating as new update still hasn't fixed the problem.

I have two issues, firstly the app does not have all of the performance indicators my employer uses, how do I increase these. Secondly because of this my weekly performance indicator is frequently different between the App and that used by my employer.

The app looks good, however it's tempremental. Sometimes it will not open, most of the time when it does open it either freezes before the main page or freezes on the main & you are unable to use any button or even move to page 2 to see how you are doing on individual areas (something I have never been able to do). The app will not close using the buttons & will crash whilst attempting this. If & when it works properly it will be a great help for drivers. Until then it's not any good.

The app when originally downloaded worked fine. But for the last week, it has not been working as it should. Initially it says I do not have an active connection. Then when I do finally get to log the screens show no data at all. You can choose the current day week etc and last day week etc but no data is shown. I have uninstall the app and reinstalled it and the same keeps happening. So yes was great initially but since last week it's really not worth downloading. Maybe you can fix the bugs?

The app doesn't load and constantly crashes, just to update you I'm currently running Android 12. The only way I can get it to work is to clear the cache and then it only partially work's, I can see my driver score but it freezes and crashes after that. It's exactly the same with the smartpod app as well.

This system has been broken for over a week now (since 30 Oct 24) and still can't access my scores. When will this be fixed and will I lose the data.

App has been down since 30/11/24 after being updated to a shiny new one. Ran for nearly a month but then no communication on when it will return!!

Started using this app about two month ago and worked fine. About two weeks ago, it froze and hasn't worked properly since. Have reinstalled many times since. Still no better, the refresh doesn't work, I trunk so when I get to my destination I check how I have done, but it won't update at the end of my shift. Find the app very limited. You go to settings, and all you can do is log out. What good is that. H
