Looks nice, works somewhat but was ultimately a huge let down. The app had issues with reliably showing purchased passes on our family's phones while offline. Also the route finding/transit schedules gave confusing/outright wrong information multiple times which would have resulted in missing our international train had it not luckily been delayed. No notice or alerts that there may have been a disruption or cancellation, just zero trace. Didn't experience this in other cities we visited.

Useful but could be more helpful! I appreciate being able to keep my passes here (especially when I have to show it to the fare check people) BUT I do wish I could understand everything it tells me. I live in Wien but I don't speak or read German. When something happens (like a tram or train delay) I can look in the app and see that the information is in there but it's also in German and I can't even select the text to put in a translator. Either add language support or let me copy text.

“The payment was declined by the payment processor. Please try again shortly. (Code: 141)” This error is a lie. My bank did not even receive an attempted charge. There are also too many hoops to jump through to get to the payment failure message in the new ticket shop. In the old ticket shop, I could make payments just fine. Do you want Schwarzfahrer? Because this is how you get Schwarzfahrer.

The app is a bit clunky. 'Add passenger' when buying tickets doesn't work. Each has to be added to the cart one by one. I had a hard time understanding the listed options for a given search, especially as a tourist. I found Ljubljana's Urbana app more intuitive. A visual representation (map) would be nice to have. When searching places by name, would be great to limit the suggestions to Wien. I mistakenly bought 2 day passes for the same day and was able to get the 2nd order cancelled.

A new bug was recently introduced to my experience and it disallows me from using the ticket section, the entire reason why I had this app in the first place. The section no longer loads, and within a couple more seconds the entire app just crashes, over and over again. Thankfully I've discovered a workaround (open up a random route first before returning to the main screen and clicking on the ticket banner again) but this is still unacceptable. Installing an older version does not fix this.

cool idea, bad execution. usually it helps me quite a lot with understanding my routes and making them as easy as possible, but the times on when the transport comes are SO far from reality and it always makes me so mad. because why does 1 minute sometimes mean 5 more minutes of wait and sometimes I go out when its 3 mins before the bus is coming and I see it driving off already?? I always end up missing them or waiting for them for too long. cant trust this app w the timing.

They don't have any notification for expired monthly passes, so I couldn't buy a new one on time. It looks like they systematically encourage very expensive fine to make money. Plus, I once saw a tram driver showing think eyes against me. Horrible app and services! p.s. The reply was kind and warm but not helpful. Making a solution is better than any friendly message.

I am very disappointed with this application. I used it about two years. Everything was fine before, but buying new monthly ticket now I paid twice 51€! The system reported error, but the payment was deducated from my accaunt anyway. I will complain to the office. Very bad experience. :-(
