Never activates. Always has a notification of a bug that needs fixing. Clearing cache worthless. Advanced settings forwarding, worthless. It just is a terrible app to do anything with at this point

Always having problems with visual voicemail displaying messages. Need the written messages, not the audio.

For some reason this app sends random messages to unknown numbers! The messages include IP address, phone ID number, name of device, along with some other random stuff about the device and it's data. This is the type of app that puts a virus on your phone and sells your information! Half the time it doesn't work properly and for me is saying my sim card isn't in my phone when it is and has never been removed. The app may look like a voice message app but it isn't and you can't get rid of it!!

Doggedly populates notifications after reboot, long after message was either deleted or archived; repeated cache-clearing notwithstanding. No one wants to be repeatedly alerted to a new VM that was deleted 2wks ago, every time the phone is restarted or turned on. Late notifications. Usless text mis-translations. 16 years of this on different current flagship phones.

The app does not load my voice mails at all. I called att they did walk me through some troubleshooting. But only works after you clear your data and cache and reset the app. As soon as I receive another voice mail, it does not synch/load in the app. I have to use phone keypad or normal way to access my voicemail and listen to the message.

After several attempts and over two hours of the spinning ball and "Setting up your account" message, I gave up. Yet another example that ATT really doesn't care in the least if their stuff actually works. It really is amazing. One year later: still can't get it to do something basic as setup, so I have no idea about the features. What an incredible waste of time. This should be removed from the store. Edit: 18 months later, still doesn't work, still doesn't give an error message why.

Very poor execution. When you do get actually get a 'transcribed' voicemail which is occasionally at most, it is absoulte non-sense. This could be the worst voice recognition software still being passed off as technology. You also get random reoccurances of voicemails that has been deleted through the app. I expected so much more, I am very disappointed. Update: 5 years later and still trash.

Installed and uninstalled 3 times on a Moto G Power, using AT&T.. it wouldnt open at all after 3 installations. Gave up, wasted 1/2 hour. Edit: Checked my AT&T account, I still have this service, and have used it for 10+ years on various phones... 3 years on this one. About a week ago, it disappeared from my apps list, uninstalled itself, now I cannot get it back. All i get is a start up page that says "View your voicemail at a glance".
