I'd been using this app a year ago and found a very warm, cheap, and good house, although now I don't live at that house anymore since I move to another city. That's why I gave this 3 stars because it helped me that time. But majority of the problem are: 1. Slow respond for contacting the house guard (they rarely update their data); 2. Not really convenient to contact the house guard (it takes about 2-3 steps to finally reach the house guard through another chatting apps). Overall, this is good.

Tbh it's helpful, but it's too complicated for the refunding process. I haven't even checked into the place, and I paid it full price. I have to hassle and contact the owner that's slow respon, then if I wanna proceed with the refund they can only give me half of my money. I suggest an easy refund button, especially for people who haven't actually checked into the place. If we were pranking the owners, we wouldn't pay full price then change our mind because some aspects doesn't meet our criteria

Too many updates but no one can be helpful. Still there are boarding houses whom never update their obsolete description and some info just don't match when I visit. Another awful thing is chat room. Without owner's mobile displayed, new version is less effective. I installed this app to look for recommended boarding house, rather than wasting my time on ignored chat.

The app has many problems/bugs. The chat from prospective tenant always late received by owner and it could be 1 week late. Last chat from prosp tenant was on 22nd Aug but We just being informed on 31st Aug. 😓 The total rooms we input is different than what it appear in our profile. So confusing. Even we already as premium member. The old phone no always appear even after we update to new number.

Useful app. Sadly I can't use it, the pop up "sentuh dan tahan foto untuk melihat detail" won't allow me to. I have to press the back button and start all over and then the pop out comes out again 🙄 Edit. Sudah bisa (walaupun aplikasinya maksa). Filter bisa ditambahkan fungsi kost yg kosong sj, dan radius dari titik jg akan berguna.

It's better you use the older style, where we can contact the person straightaway because you allow us to save the phone number. With the new version we can't contact the person that wants to rent the apartments. The person who wants to rent the apartments often said they can't trace back the one that they already chosen. So it'll be much better if you allow us to save their phone number. Thx

Same with some of the people here. After an update, when I choose one profile then it stuck there. I can't go back to the result and need to close the app first then start everything from beginning. It is wasting my time. This is the only app that help me a lot finding a rent room, please don't let me down and fix this problem.

It was good enough, easy to use, but now its practically useless. Can only contact trough chatroom which can delay for days, no notification, Contact center cant be contacted, even premium version doesnt help (premium version is expensive and ineffective, not like what they advertised. Tried few times and always disappointed). Please bring back the old version where contact number is showed, its much more effective than the crappy chatroom. Update 30/4/2020 CS are allowed to share owner's phone
