Time is being saved differently than the rendered time. For instance rendered time online wth website will say 12 to 215 p.m., in the app, time it is saying 1 to 315. This is way off and making it difficult to add my other sessions, plus drive time. 2 years later and the app still is a waste as it takes forever to load or fails to load 75% of the time. It's ridiculous.

Overall, the app is great. There are glitches and errors that do arise which is expected. But the staff actively works on correcting any issues that are encountered. And there is ways to submit tickets for them to take suggestions for literally everything. I do believe overtime this system will just get better and better as glitches are work through.

App is regularly not retaining text that's been typed into text box after recent update. Have to copy and paste from another app in order to enter notes.

Unable to login, unfriendly UI

This app is so slow. It was great the first month, now it's way too slow. Also, day, date, and time need to be displayed for appointments. I shouldn't have to look up another calendar to verified the day or the date, they both need to be displayed together. If I say " let's hang next Thursday," you could take it as this coming Thursday which might be 5 days away, but really I meant the following Thursday. To avoid this confusion I should stipulate the date in which I'm referring to. Please fix.

It constantly broke. I could never get signatures, my appointments wouldnt render sometimes, notes wouldnt be saved after I saved them, etc.

This system is incredible. HIGHLY recommend. The support the company provides to help transition you to their program is unlike any other!

Lot of problems with login, erasing data, work off line and right now its stating no appointments today even though I am on an appointment. Frustrating so say the least.
