The app has been working reliability after fixing the BT dropping issue. The new massage (deep tissue) is nice, but it's the only addition in nearly a year of ownership. Would love more frequent drops. Please add a custom massage function where we can spot select for kneading or tapping. My uJolly could do it, and I'm surprised it's missing on the uLove3. A stretch request would be a dark mode. After a nice relaxing session, I am blinded by white light when selecting the next massage. TY

After the recent upgrade, saved mix and match programs no longer display but cached in the database. While I can no longer pick from my previously saved program, new programs have to be renamed to a new name each time. I will soon run out of names to use! ----- following your recent instruction i have deleted and re-registered the products. The app is working fine now. Please review your future upgrades to avoid such inconvenience to customers.

Application is easy to use, I find it very convenient to adjust the settings to suit me and my family's needs. Would advise first-time users to read the FAQ in detail, need to ensure bluetooth and app usage settings are appropriate to prevent issues related to premature application closure or massage program stopping.

Gone backward. Logged me out. Tried to login and kept saying wrong password eventhough I use the same password on old app. Tried reset password, still complain about incorrect passwords. I guess it doesn't like some characters in my password, it is 2023, yet you are still unable to handle special characters in password. I was using the new app. The new app was updated before this issue starts to happen

This is a horrible app, so horrible i wouldn't have given it any star if it was an option. It utterly ruined my evening and turned my initial excitement with the many types of massages available into absolute disappointment. I lost track the number of times my massage was disrupted because the bluetooth has been disconnected. My phone was on the whole time as I was busy using other apps. It seems like I am not the only one struggling to get this app to work. Going back to the old udream app.

Filled with errors, keeps making you download tonnes of space-wasting unnecessary assets, massage programmes like to cut off mid-massage such that the whole chair hangs and even the chair buttons can't be pressed. Somehow you have to find a way to climb out of the chair, imagine your elderlies that are supposed to be enjoying this chair being trapped inside. When I sent the error code to customer support they straight away asked me to pay 128$ just to fix the app?? hello? Useless.

What a disappointment, it lost Bluetooth connection about 3-5min each time after crash out and restart the chair and need to re-connect again. UDream Pro has no such disconnection issue. [Update]: Thanks for suggesting on the battery settings. This apps works now without BT disconnection error. This app also has improved nice looking interface, massage menu and especially great with 30min option. Looking forward more improvement version... Keep up the good work!

I use a S23 and my parents use an iPhone. Was utterly confused why they kept telling me to use this app to pair to the uDiva which they bought and I couldn't find the sofa anywhere. Perhaps could update your app first before selling this new item (uDiva). I can't even enjoy this sofa in my own house if my parents aren't home. P.s. what was wrong with a remote. And if you would've have checked your app - there is no uDiva to even pair with I.e. it's not even in the list 🙄
