Best app I have found so far for its purpose, however a couple issues prevent 5 star rating. When working on larger programs, debugging becomes very time-consuming without breakpoints, and the app had a tendency to crash on certain instructions or when assembling a large file all at once.

Would be really good, but the app crashes while typing certain things. Renaming a variable crashed it, typing CPY crashed it once I pressed P, and I'm sure there are plenty more I couldn't be bothered trying to find. Also you can save ask files, but can't delete or rename them. Find another app.

Ran into a problem when running a program I made elsewhere: ROL does not work when addressed Indirectly to the Zero Page (ROL $56,X), completely disrupting my code as I've used it to multiply a number by two. I tried replaced it with LDA $56,X STA $56,X And it didn't work either. What's even weirder is that sometimes both indirect STA and indirect ROL will start working when testing in isolation. Other than that, the app isn't too bad

Good app! The only thing I'd want from it is to be able to see all addresses in the debug instead of only up to 0x7ff. Maybe an option to define how many memory addresses we can see? Apart from that, very good app.

I loved writing in a 6502 assembly language on my phone. One thing to consider: It would be lovely to introduce some frame synchronization mechanism (like VSYNC on old computers) so that it's possible to regulate the tempo of the execution. Important for games. At any rate, thanks for the enjoyable experience :-)

Assembly 6400 is not something worth learning, but Assembly itself is NOT USELESS. Newsflash: Roller Coaster Tycoon was made in Assembly, and it still runs smooth as butter in modern devices.

A Google user

I downloaded a couple of asm apps around and this one is by far the best one. It features an emulator, debugger and clear documentation. The motivation of the développer seems above all to share knowledge and passion. This is a zero add app! And learning 6502 assembly is the preferred choice for all C64 lovers.

The included ebook is great, but we really need to have all the debugging tools from the online simulator to follow along. This app doesn't show internal memory values, so it's not as useful for learning assembly.
