I have been a Slacker Radio premium customer for over a decade. Today, multiple songs on my Playlists have either been changed to other versions from different albums or have vanished completely without the option to search for them. This is not what I pay a subscription for! You have no right to censor what I can or cannot listen to. Please restore my previous Playlist selections, or I will cancel my subscription!

If there was still the option of banning artist and knowing what is coming up I would give it a perfect score *Edit* After over a decade of this app (I've had it since it was Slacker) I'm on the verge of deleting it. Nobody asked for songs in my Playlist to be changed/updated to the remastered versions, to edited instead of explicit versions and definitely not to be changed to remakes by other random artists. I gladly pay my money monthly to avoid ads, but this is egregious.

Customizable but lately incessant repeats of song have made the experience less enjoyable. Literally the same song on a custom channel will repeat every other song even after skipping and banning the song it will still repeat. I've had to delete and recreate a custom station to get it to stop, bit eventually it will recur. Very frustrating.

My offline content hasn't refreshed since February of '24. I have background sync and mobile data use enabled. I have tried manually refreshing; "Refresh Failed" with no explanation to why is what happens. I try to listen to offline content, it says I must refresh it. I try from main screen and choose play offline, it says I gotta refresh it... NOTHING WILL REFRESH. Have been a customer since this was Slacker, but Amazon music is about to become my only paid music service (Updated w/ new issues)

constantly replacing favorite songs with garbage versions and not even bothering to change the labeling so I get to block the garbage songs and the app itself will close completely out if I pause it for more than 5 minutes so I can't resume the song I was listening to when I get back to my car, the app in general just keeps getting worse

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Still having pausing issue across different devices/ brands, makes and models so scripts and built in is NOT the issue. Widget STILL needs to adjust font size according to widget size. CAN'T play on multiple devices even in MY own home AND even with PAID subscription. Preferred the slacker color scheme. Goes retarded when unpausing after a few minutes pause. Stops itself without input... Slacker worked much better overall. STOP TRYING TO BLAME THE DEVICE!!

Ive had this app since 2012. This app was superb when it was slacker radio. After being bought out (more than once) it's gone down hill. They sensor lyrics (even when explicit lyrics are on), they've changed the favorite radio to play other songs by that artist (which is half way ok ) and now the same song will play 3+ times in one trip, even when removed from favorites. Won't be re-newing my subscription after it expires (paid annually). I'll stick with YouTube or switch back to Spotify

App has gotten to be very unsatisfying. My Premium account is supposed to allow me to select on demand, but many band selections say that other artists will also be played. I have spent my last trying to correct this thru what I consider to be an uncooperative customer service. Their lack of concern for their customers is mind-blowing. They answer your email days later with one sentence and no direction. It feels like a bunch of stoners are answering emails while playing Donkey Kong.
