The app needs a lot of work. I have never had so much trouble with a food app. As yours. Love the deals if I could only get what I order. As far as enjoying the food I do. If I wasn't bed ridden, I probably wouldn't mess with app. I usually have an order every Sunday. Thought it was me, so I had someone else Friday, place my order. Still didn't get my correct food. Why isn't biscuits and gravy on the mobile app. I have been a faithful customer thru the chili episode, continue to eat it.

Charged me 2 times! I went to order from the app and had my food in my cart before I arrived to pick it up. When I arrived, I paid for it on the app, but then went back by clicking 'edit' to make sure my food was correct. Thinking that my order didn't process fully since it didn't show up in the order history, I went to click pay again. After getting my food, I checked my bank account, and they charged me 2 times for the same item! Don't have the 'edit' option there if it doesn't work properly!

Update: App doesn't let you use mail coupons but at least you can now order food as long as it's the right food that the app knows how to process. Original: It literally won't let me order. It's actually comical as it says I can't place my 8 dollar order because the app is having an error about processing orders over $150, but it's still asking if I want to add a frosty

difficult to use checkout. i uses pop ups, redirects, and greys out the checkout button, even glitching so that you need to change the number of an item ordered so that it will update itself and allow you to checkout. dont forget to return the item ordered back to its original number. major pain. its like using the dennys app from a year ago.

The app worked great until yesterday, 11/8/24. Keeps saying payment not going through, but when I used my card at the same Wendy's drive-thru (or anywhere else), my card worked fine. Tried putting in a different card in the app. Still didn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still no good.

11/8/24 and now it's stopped again. App seems to be working again. Yay. Accrued points are supposed to be redeemable for menu items. Tried spending points but the app shows an error until the "free" item is removed. Edit: since I posted the above, I can't login to the app. I had an issue with McD's app but their response was to fix the problem.

App shows Dave's Double then, seconds later, changes to the Drinks menu. Hitting the Dave's Double button is acknowledged by a color change, then "loading order" (I think) comes up. It then shows the Drink menu. No where does the Double show, not even on the order form. What gives? Wendy's manager says can't change app. BAD NEWS, bait and switch false ad. Coders change it to truth....

I've used this app for years with frequent issues. On today as I'm attempting to make a purchase, I'm reviewing the cost of the items for pick up before adding to my cart. (Not budgeting but like to know upfront what I'm being charged). Once I've added the selected items and go to checkout the prices are 20-30 cents more expensive. (No extras added). No purchase made as this is BS to charge selectively higher prices on a pick order in an area that is well populated.
