App is not intuitive for instance, change location. Sometimes u cant click item on the menu and it doesn't say why.. Just says "cannot access" .Servicewise one has to order well in advance like a day or two prior. Even with so many options in Bay Area, food options are mediocre and vegetarian options are just 1-2 items. No spice level/customization options. List goes on. More than half the time i throw away the food

The app has gotten significantly better with the last update. Multi day selection, no more back and forth opening individual items to place orders, single click from browsing menu to order, and set location that doesnt mess up. The ingrediants, allergens and pictures are also extremely critical and helpful. Not everyones reviews will be updated but at this point i think app is great.

Developers of this app must be ageist and hate their older customers whose eyesight isnt the best. The pick up number needs to be larger and more prominent in all places. App Notification settings need to be customizable. I only want notification for pick up, I want to turn the rest off. So I ended up blocking ALL notifications.

I didn't think this app could get any worse. I was wrong. Now when you select a food item, there is no way to confirm the order. Do I need to checkout (like on the website)? Is the order confirmed? Where is there no checkout button like literally every other app? No idea.
