The game is enjoyable with plenty of free play. I like that there are three different worlds within the game. There are no pop up ads but you can choose to watch ads to get extra energy or items. I purchased one of the Dream Island extras and it never unlocked, however, I reached out to support and was quickly given a refund. I would have liked for that area to be unlocked, I hope the developers are able to fix that in future.

I have been playing this game for close to a year and have spent money on it because I enjoyed it. Over the last month updates have limited the ads that can be watched for bonus items and energy. Energy needed for harvesting and building has increased. Today I logged in and gems are now being used for things that for earlier harvesting could have an ad watch instead. Last week I received no answer from support. Quitting soon given these game challenges.

I've been playing this game about a year, maybe longer. Obviously I enjoy it and have gotten far. However, the energy wheel only lands on 30 or 40, the lowest amount. This is an every time experience. I never get anything higher. That is something I probably never would have taken time to mention but now that I have another issue, I thought I may as well mention it. My other issue that started 3 days ago is my energy never fills. It's usually stuck on 6 and goes no further.

All of the sudden, the character's dialoge is audible. I have all the sound options muted, but can't figure out how to silence the characters. I have never had a problem, until the last update. I watch videos and perform other tasks while playing the game and am not interested in anything they are saying. I have been playing the game for a few years now, but am close to uninstalling it. I like the game, but not being able to mute the voices is a deal breaker.

Don't save any bubbles, you will lose them when the game glitches. No tech support and if there is, they want screenshot or video which most of us don't do until there's a problem. Timer on events is messed up. Says you have 2 days and glitches again, suddenly you have until midnight to finish event. If you don't know exactly when the event started, you should finish within the day lest it glitches again and you run out of time to finish event.

I do like playing the game even tho to make much progress you will need to either spend real money or watch lots of ads. About a week ago I lost probably over 100 accumulated chests/items. I contacted support and to this day no response. Update: had lost all items again. Other games "compensate" for lost things, not this one. Ruins challenge doesn't reward you like it's supposed to, no response when sent e-mail but did start rewards just before ending, new one again not rewarding.

No customer support. The game was fun. Iiked it. Unfortunately it had a glitch that prevented me from obtaining rewards from an important ongoing part of it. I texted customer service twice over 2 weeks with the problem and screen shots, but did not even get a courtesy reply, robotic or otherwise. It was a shame, but since I had paid quite a bit over the days I had played it (it was that good) I decided to reluctantly delete it.

Love this game but hate the glitches - there are three play spaces in the game. In Dream Island, the option for storage has appeared in a mini tutorial. It has you put an item in storage & then take it out. I cannot get the item out of storage & have to restart the game. I cannot progress at all on Dream Island because of the glitch.
