AWFUL!!!!!, one of the most useless Apps I have ever come across...if I could give it zero stars I would. doesn't even let me register for an account for the washing machine...tried several times on different devices.., after inputing details screen just becomes blank.. complete white...seriously guys its 2025...surely you can update & provide better quality app

Absolutely useless. From the very first "log-in" or "sign-in" option. It's either log-in/sign up, or sign-in/register, you can't have log-in/sign-in, they mean the same thing. When I hit the "register" button it greys out and nothing further happens. Uninstalled the app and tried again, same thing, but this time got as far as the screen going white before nothing further happened. Useless, and a waste of my time.

The app connects through NFC just fine. The problem starts when you try to use the delay start function. If you want to set a time after midnight the app loses all ability to count. Apparently if I set the app at 12.00pm to finish at 6am the next morning this is a 21 hour delay. I tried setting it at 12pm to finish at 1 am the next morning and it seems that is a 27 hour delay, quite something when the machine can only delay for 24 hours. Really annoying.

This app doesn't work at all. I've never been able to control the washer dryer whatsoever (it shows made up time remaining, start time and no data about consumption, when I press start it doesn't do anything) but at least I was getting notifications when it finished the cycle. Now I got a new phone and I no longer get the notifications so it's 100% useless now (and I do have notifications enabled for this app)

If I could give it Zero stars I would. Waste of time, after signing up, confirming emails, selecting machine, entering my model number... It wouldnt go any further, asks to tap device to machine, but nothing happens. Phone vibrates but nothing pops up, it's just a dead app that doesn't do anything. Don't waste your time!

Totally pointless app. Couldn't get it to connect to the WiFi at all using NFC. Just came coming back saying error or failed try moving your device away and closer to the appliance. Tried moving phone in all orientations still nothing, keeps beeping but nothing. Tried the Private WiFi way and that just came back with a timeout message. So I've got a new washing machine but can't use the app because it's totally useless. May as well set the programme when loading the washing machine. Avoid!!

Useless. Had my washing machine about a year now. When I first installed the app never had any problem using the NFC with the One Touch and worked everytime. Then suddenly I had to update the app and its not worked since. Everytime I use the One Touch my phone bleeps, shows up wait. And then just doesn't do anything. Ive uninstalled the app, tried connecting my washing machine again, but nothing. I've contacted customer service and their just as useless as this app! Very disappointing.

I'm not sure what the point of this app is. In order to start a cycle I have to hold my phone against the washing machine and wait. It takes less time to just turn the dial and push go. If app was able to monitor and give updates on cycle progress or allow you to do things other than know how many of each cycle you've done it would be good, but I just don't see the point.
