MotionCam can do 10-bit on Poco X3 and LG Velvet from mid-2020, albeit GPU spikes. I hope mcpro24fps can achieve it as well on my Tecno Camon 30 Premier from 2024. GPU switch works, but inverted. 4:3 resolutions get cropped when GPU is off. No stabilization and higher fps even if my Canon is actually capable. Will update the rating once the issues are solved. Update: Camon 30P just upgraded to Android 15. Still the same issues 😅.

I've found this to be the best camera app on for Android. More control over every parameter of recording. With that amount of power comes a fairly steep learning/testing curve but the results are well worth it it you want to use the advanced cameras on your phone. Truly capable for professional use.

I Have used this app for more than 3 years now and i have to say that this is the best pro camera App For Android, you get way more than what you're paying for. Everything works as expected, if the interfaces and UI in general gets and overhaul I think more people will start getting into it, as it looks kinda intimidating when you see screenshots and YouTube tutorials... That's my only criticism, Better UI and no icons that goes above the "viewfinder" will go a long way.

Incredible pro camera app that can unlock a phone camera's best abilities. Works great on Sony XZ2 Premium shooting 4K 24fps with solid, workable results! Certainly worth the price for the full version, if you're into manual camera controls this app is excellent! Would be incredible if there was a way the app could connect to the Sony QX10 lens camera peripheral from 2011- either by NFC or USB or other similar external cams because it would be great to breath new life into it by using this app!

Vivo X100 pro natively supports 10 bit recording but it never opens as an option. Also not LUT option is not visible at all! I thought a top end flagship phone Like Vivo X100 pro should support 10 bit recording on the app. I am disappointed 😔

My Moto G84, a $280 phone, can do higher quality than the stock, with insanely high 500MBPS bitrate support that no other camera app can provide. A big number, but a big visual discrepancy. The possibility of lossless 192KHZ/32BIT FLOAT audio in video is marvellous, and the ability to turn off the processing which greatly improves picture quality. The limitations are held back by Camera2API and manufacturers being sleezy about add full hardware capability support. It's not even that hard to use.

Okay, except for the slightly wobbly image when handheld (I believe it's the sensor's rolling shutter to blame) it's a really useful app, of course, if you tweak the settings in the right way, based on your phone's specifications. The ONLY issue is that the digital image stabilization doesn't work for me. Is it possible to make it work in the future?

Was 5 stars until the latest update which shuts down the app when the phone overheats after a few minutes, the only indication being that the record button goes from red (on) to grey (off). Easy to miss when you're filming and has resulted in me losing minutes of action before noticing. The thing is, I never had any issues with the phone overheating until the latest update. Is there a way to bypass the overheating trigger or tips on how to keep it from overheating? Useless to me otherwise.
