Search does not seem to work for tram stations in the "buy ticket" menu. Blocking screenshot and text selection on information pages seems unnecessary and stupid, especially when one can just use another phone to take pictures. This basically only serve to annoy customers who don't speak Italian.

For non-italian numbers, the SMS is not sent. You can get it in a couple of minutes if you sent an email to the suport address you can find in the email they sent (even before you complete the registration). If the code is not valid, send a reply and wait. I tried like 4 times after I got one fast enough to be valid. Otherwise the app is quite good. You can purchase tickets once you register a card (works with foreign cards in seconds).

Worst public transport app/company I've ever had the misfortune of relying on. If you're a traveler using this service to get to a flight or train station, plan to give yourself at least an hour of extra time. While traveling in the Naples area the busses were consistently late, meaning we ran to make connections which should've had 20+ min between. Stops shown on app do NOT reflect reality, and are often 50+ meters in either direction, or simply don't exist.

Like everything else about the Napoli Campagna transport system, only Einstein or a native can navigate the crazy fares, routes and tickets. This app is of zero help, zero stars. Metro Line 2 stations, Trenitalia, are not included, so of your journey starts or ends or includes this line, useless waste of time. The worst transport system in any major European city that I know of, and this is the worst app to go with it. Shameful. Blame the "system"?

This app is actually quite close to being good - just about close enough that it's infuriating to experience some of the remaining issues! Good: digital tickets are much less stressful than physical tickets, especially when vendors might be closed, or take cash only. Also, mostly translated into English, nice! Bad: confusing tickets, especially for buses. Individual bus stops not listed so you need to guess the required ticket based on which town you are near. Unreliable top-up process.

Once again... I installed the app but it doesn't recognize anymore my password. Used the recovery the app constantly says that an error occurred on the system, therefore suggests to contact the bot on Unico website or Unico's help desk but none of them works. Result: a few tickets purchased and I cannot access them. Plus: no assistance from Unico.

First, when registering, I never received the SMS code. I was able to use my husband's number, and it worked. Not sure why as we both have Italian numbers... Then, we could not get it to register our credit card or debit cards. I guess they don't accept American Visa's?? Though, I have not had trouble anywhere else in the world...... except China but that is a whole other thing. Very disappointed that this app can't do what it should.

The app requires SMS verification to create an account. It lists US/Canadian country prefixes as valid options, but then never sends the SMS. I tried dozens of times over weeks, from both the US and Italy itself. I emailed the support team and got no response. ATM (Milan) and ATB (Bergamo) have way better apps for their transit, that allow you to buy tickets without SMS verification - what's the point? This developer also does AMTS Catania with the same impossible block/lack of support.
