The pickup order was not reviewed and we had to return from home for the add-on sides ordered separately. This left the main dishes cooled by the time we sat to eat. This is the 2nd time we've ordered directly for pickup and had missing food from this location. Will likely not order from here again. Too bad, because the food is good when hot. Their to-go process needs better accuracy.

The app is good if you don't want to customize your order. If you want to add extra items like an extra taco or enchilada, you have to call the store and place an order. Many times I've spent less and just dealt with being hungry because I don't want to spent an extra $10.99 for another enchilada dinner so I can get 2 more enchiladas. You're missing out on easy money Fuzzy's!

This app was great, but it's now losing some stars since you've implemented a rule change where I can only get points for one purchase every four hours. Um, you guys host a trivia night every week in my town, which means we're sitting there for 2 and a half hours ordering drinks multiple times, but now all of a sudden we can't earn reward points because we're sitting there longer giving you money??? Gtfo, and you can sure as hell bet I'll be cutting back on my drinks there, too!!

App works great. Never had an issue with it. The only problem I have is they only let me redeem enough reward point for one item "when using the app", or at least that's what I was told at the restaurant. That's a ridiculous policy. Many places will let you redeem as many points as you have for as much as those points will buy. But the app itself works fine.

VERY good breakfast burritos. But the app is kinda tricky to set up an account. Name, email, etc screen isn't intuitive, doesn't give clear errors. It wouldn't advance until I fooled around with the name. Must have first, space, and at least 1 letter for last. Took several attempts before I "guessed" that that's what was required. Hard to find the menu option for scanning barcodes, from a receipt, to collect points.

I love the food and chain, and the app is generally good. The rewards system sucks on the app. You can select to redeem a reward early and then you only get a QR code to scan in store, which isn't what I'm trying to do for a delivery order. You CAN redeem rewards for your app order at the end of the order, but it's not at all intuitive and unforgiving when you try to do it first.

Received notification on app of free item upon sign up, which they refused to honor. When I asked how it was supposed to be redeemed, I was told they don't do that because it isn't actually a reward. The 'free' item isn't free - it's an incentive to buy stuff to THEN get rewards. So, either their app doesn't know what's going on or their entire staff doesn't know what's going on. Either way, there are too many other options with apps that work. Seriously, Google maps tacos prior to visiting.

The food, staff, etc 5 stars. The app gets a big 1 star. I put in my order but I'm forced to log in or create an account. Can't log into my account because it's disabled? I've been going to Fuzzys for over 10 years. This makes no sense. If I try to create an account I receive the same error message. So no matter what i can't order food through the app. Took 5 seconds to order through the website as a guest.
