Christ Life Church Chicago (Christ Life International Ministries), was founded and incorporated with the Illinois Secretary of State in June of 1998 under the pastorate of Emmanuel and Omolola Adesanya. The church started with Pastors Emmanuel and Omolola Adesanya and two adults prior to its incorporation. In July 1998, the church assembled at 1040 East 79th Street, Chicago, Illinois and in February 2000, the church moved to 9547 S. Jeffrey Boulevard, Chicago, Illinois where the Lord moved with the ministry in a glorious manner.

The church moved to its permanent site at 8927-29 South Houston Chicago Illinois 60617(Miracles and Winners Place) on June 17, 2004. The first service at this location was held on June 20, 2004.

MISSION STATEMENT

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen” Matthew 28: 19-20

Christ Life Church Chicago, (Christ Life International Ministries) has been commissioned by God to teach the word of truth. Through this command, we endeavor to reach the lost, sharing the love of Jesus Christ to everyone who would believe. To that end, we declare and commit our lives, and this ministry as an outreach ministry for the growth and development of the believer and unbeliever. As we collectively live in faith and victory, committing ourselves to winning souls for Christ, God’s faithful promises of increase will materialize through those persons who have purposed and determined to make eternal life their mission, while serving others in the spirit of truth and love.

“The way to get into your harvest is to get into the harvest of the Lord”.

THE VISION

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Habakkuk 2:3.

The vision of this church is a vision that has an expected end. We desire to admonish as many people to serve God faithfully and, to be obedient to His commandments so that they will have eternal life with God the Father and Jesus Christ. By keeping God at the forefront of every effort to build His kingdom, to efficiently and effectively reach the needs of the community via counseling, education, nutrition, and health, and sharing our economic resources for their growth and development. We further desire to bring enhancement to the lives we touch, teaching them that God desires our lives on earth to be enjoyable, fulfilled and successful. Spiritually, we will continue to preach and teach the word of God to every living creature, especially within our church community, to promote and enhance solid Christian growth and maturity.
