I've had a frustrating experience with this TV app. Despite having a strong and stable internet connection, I constantly encounter an error message saying, "Check your internet connection or try again later." This issue makes the app almost unusable, as I can't stream any content without being interrupted. It's disappointing to see an app with so much potential fail on such a basic functionality. I hope the developers address this problem soon

this new version of view app sucks😠😤. when scroll down the notification bar video stops playing loads again 🤡. a small swipe(accidental) on screen changes the channel 🤯. only plays full screen. cant rotate in full screen (only one direction) playing picture in picture mode is must for video player. its also missing here overall app experience sucks.. 2 star for useful but experience really bad

I have recharged my account, but the package still hasn't been activated. I've contacted customer care over five times, and each time, different people give different reasons. The last person I spoke with said that a complaint has been raised. After going through the reviews, I realised that many people have experienced the same issue. If you're thinking of installing this app, please don't—you'll regret it.

Worst app ever, I donwloaed the app and purchased the 444 package and while try to watch any channel I can't watch. To check out the issue I tried calling dialog customer care, but that is even worse, we can't reach out a customer care person to tell our problem. the automatic call it aelf tale more than 10 minutes but still can't reach. Worst customer care servjce I have ever faced . I've been using dialog for more than 7 years, but I am now feeling fed up

I reloaded 800 LKR for a ViU package. The reload was successful, and the money was credited to my SIM. However, when I tried to activate the package, the ViU app showed an error. After checking my balance, I saw that all my money was deducted, but the package was not activated. No confirmation or support was provided. This needs urgent fixes, as users risk losing money without getting the service they paid for.

This is the worst app for Viu, so don't install it. It's one of the worst apps. The Dialog network is also terrible. I paid for a 444/= package twice on the same day, but only advertisements play clearly, not the match. So, my dear friends, don't install this app.

previously I used 2 mobile and used VIU app. after some times I switched mobile and tried to log VIU app with new device but error message showing maximum device limit reached and its not giving option to remove other device using current phone. so disappointed.

I subscribed to the VIU app mainly to watch the IPL, but unfortunately, it has not been working properly. The app either fails to load or keeps buffering, making it impossible to enjoy live matches.
