Worst app. rarely works smoothly. firmware updates 1 to 2 times a week. sometimes they update smoothly, sometimes it takes a few days and you dont earn anything. Constant issues, and when you finally get it working like it should, the next day is a firmware update that restarts the issues. Waited over a year after buying the bee to get it. So I was super bummed when there was nothing but issues.

since last firmware update camera disconnects every 10 minutes, and when try to connect again, it gives an error and can't connect, I I have to unplug the power for the dashcam to reboot and connect again, but 10 minutes after keeps doing the same, how can you earn rewards if this doesn't work like if should be.

Aug 29/25. 4.5 Stars. Today's update was flawless. July 25/25. Four stars as they continue to build this app. occasionally, I need to fully uninstall and reinstall to continue using with Bee. Email help only. I appreciate professionalism. Jun 30/25 I had Android issues for 3 weeks. They worked to debug. I'm actually very happy with this. To be part of finding this bug and allow others to not experience this. I will continue to update this. Easy to use, check mount to stay high quality.

about what I expected for newer a DePin project. Not consumer grade ease of use, buggy, unintuitive, sometimes unresponsive. I also have a DIMO device and the install experience and app is 1000x better and the founder of DIMO does user interviews for feedback. Not sure why the hivemapper team is falling short. I like to support decentralized technology, but wont be buying any future models unless there is massive improvement.

Recent updates have dramatically improved download and upload speeds. Still an occasional issue but love to see the improvements coming out.

App has to be open ALL the time. Won't do anything in the background. Won't stay connected to the camera. Won't upload data when I get home to Wi-Fi. Hope these problem are being addessed. After 7/26/25 update: still stops Wi-Fi uploading unless I manually keep the app open and keep the screen from timing out. This is way more trouble than it's worth. Use to see 2-3000 honey per week. Now it 2-300 after all the rewards adjustments. At least the old camera/app didn't need constant attention.

uugh. my bee wifi doesn't stay connected. powers off. also you have to connect to the wifi on your phone to get connected. then I lose all service to everything? ?

people need to chill & let it rock, the bad rating needs to stop, nothing starts w excellence, it grows overtime & will always make its best adjustments for the device and software to work as best as possible.
