Good app. I haven't had any serious issues with the app on my phone. One minor inconvenience is that when I get an email from IHG on my phone when using Microsoft Outlook the IHG website opens in Microsoft EDGE instead of the app. This is probably an issue with Edge and not the app, but it is annoying.

Search is consistently slow and better room prices are often available from third party travel sites. Results are also unnecessarily limited to more expensive rooms. If my spouse and I are travelling with my infant, I am only shown rooms with three adult sized beds even though the baby can only safely sleep in a travel crib. It would also be useful to enable search along a travel route, and I am often more interested to reducing the overall travel delay than finding the hotels which are closest

I've been using this app for probably 3 years, I have an IHG Platinum credit card which gives me Platinum elite status automatically. I've had no issues with this app at all in the last 3 years, so I consider it 5 star. It's the main method I use to book my IHG reservations.

I'm not happy about them charging me $100.00 for "incidentals". They seem to think that it's fine to charge a customer for something they have not purchased yet and usually don't! I have been a member from the early days of their priority club. now I'm looking for somewhere else to move my business.

When are you going to resolve the issue with the redemption of the Food and Beverage Vouchers. 2 months now and still not able to redeem vouchers against my room bills. Keep getting told to wait or reinstall the app but still not working. It really is appalling and now the hotels are refusing to manually apply the vouchers. I have 7 of them and I cannot use them. It is not acceptable

This is a very poor quality app and it's deceptive as it adds a lot of fees when it comes to check out the fees at advertisers against the Hotels are not correct because you have to add all those hidden fees which showed up when you're going to check out. The photographs provided for the Hotels are pathetic

A completely useless app. Half of the features don't work. The digital concierge never loads, the app feedback section never comes up. There is no email ID given to send queries, how to get it resolved or even give a feedback on the app?

Incredible 180 on this. IHG went from having the worst hotel app to a close second best. Features like charge tracking and room info are so useful and should be on more hotel apps. Also the issues with searching and booking all look to be fixed.
