Since the last update to the app I have been very effectively locked out of my account. The update signed me out of my account and won't let me back in until I complete my profile. The problem is it won't accept any postal code I enter with or without spaces. I am glad I have no loaded card right now with real money. Update: can't be bothered to contact support after seeing everyone else have the same issue. Fix the app and get rid of the postal code requirement or you will lose a customer.

Mobile ordering on this app seems to exist only in theory. I have never had an order actually make it to the store, but thankfully the staff seem to be used to this by now and are able to prepare my order anyway - though this ends up taking longer than if I had just ordered in person because we all wait around to see if their system will actually receive it. I really hope this is just a delay and not a total failure, as I would hate to see it cutting into the profits of the franchisees.

I have been using the second cup app for years. it recently updated, now I can't use it. after I put in my login info, it takes me to a screen asking for my postal code. no matter what I put in, it says "invalid or missing postal code". I have even tried the postal codes of my two local Second Cup locations. I tried with spaces and without, but I still get the same message every time. I had money loaded on the app, now I can't even access it! so disappointed!

update from Aug 26 crashed the app. the app is now asking for a *zip* code and birthdate, but will not accept Canadian postal codes and continue on to log into my account. Not sure if this is happening for only android phones. **my issue was resolved by a customer care agent who completed the fields on my profile on the back end. app is working again

when to open my app today and it has been changed. would not accept my postal code and even more alarming, three quarters of my loyalty points were missing. my local cafe said there have been several complaints about this app redesign. update: I have reached out to corporate with no response.

The most recent update of this app does not work. I can log in however, when I enter my postal code, I get the following error: Postal Code is missing or is invalid. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I still have the same problem.

While I did experience the same issue others have with the app not accepting my postal code after the most recent update, the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently by messaging Support 😄 Thank you for fixing the issue.

I have never been able to enter a postal code and may not have received any offers because of that. Yesterday, I received a free coffee or tea (in Fr), but today it won't let me enter the app at all until I enter a postal code! I still can't add one and the app is now inaccessible.
