Kako ga koristiti?
1 - Nakon što ste prvi put pokrenuli aplikaciju TCL E-Ticket, otvorite račun u odjeljku "Račun". Na vašoj prvoj vezi aplikacija TCL E-Ticket generira virtualnu Técély karticu koja je neovisna od vaše Técély kartice (ako je imate).
2 - Odaberite i kupite jednu ili više ulaznica (u aplikaciji se mogu kombinirati do 4 vrste ulaznica).
3 –Validate, s uključenim zaslonom telefona i aktiviranim NFC čipom, stavljanjem stražnjeg dijela mog pametnog telefona na terminal za provjeru. Provjera valjanosti funkcionira čak i ako aplikacija TCL E-Ticket nije otvorena! Zvučni signal i zeleno svjetlo na terminalu pale se kako bi označili da je karta potvrđena. I bought a monthly ticket and it it looked okay at first glance. However, I have two phones (personal and professional), so I tried to install the app on both phones. Now the card is not available on any of them. I keep receiving emails that claim that my card will be restored during three DAYS. Like if the electromagnetic signals are delivered by La Poste. Either way, even after 3 days it doesn't work. This is a joke.

Good it works... but (1) not intuitives (please count the number of clicks of the entire process), (2) missing options : I want to buy at 20 tickets 😱 and not redo it again every 4 tickets (3) I have a family discount... But not option to choose. So I pay full price 😱 The only reason I use this app, is that I am forced to use it : we cannot buy anymore physical individual tickets !

After using for 7 months, I can confirm that the app is very useless. When you pay for tickets, you don't get receipt of payment. If you erroneously logout or reinstall app, all your unused tickets are gone! This has got to be one of the most frustrating app ever used..! Review: App works fairly okay. Receipt may or may not be sent to your email immediately. When you logout, your tickets are returned in 3 days. I still use it, not so bad.

The app is horrible. I bought a monthly subscription, I can see it on the app, it's selected as valid and still when I try to validate it says "system error" so I paid additionally for tickets. I contacted them, they're not even responding. Not recommeing at all!!

Impossible to log into my account with the phone number that is correctly configured there. It is not a French phone number so someone has just not tested if it actually works. Entirely useless, buying tickets is the only feature I need and it doesn't work.

The app appears clear and straightforward, but I bought and activated a set of tickets and they don't scan at the kiosk. I checked the faq to see if there was anything missing and it should all work.

It's very convenient, I didn't have any issues with the application yet and I'm stop using other purchase methods. The only thing to improve is to unify all the apps in 1. There are too many apps of tlc and it's annoying to be jumping between apps that belongs to the same company and that have the same purpose at the end.

As someone from the UK, it looks like it should work however, when adding a billing address the post code entry does not allow UK postcodes as only numbers are allowed! A simple change to allow alphanumeric entry would be good. Very frustrating!
