I wish I'd heard about this sooner. Uber or taxis are no good with 5 people meaning you need 2 cars. This app is a game changer for us. Being able to pick up and drop off at the airport is great and often you don't need a rental car for your whole trip. Great idea and works seamlessly. Also, excellent support team who are very helpful. Cheers.

For urban dwellers I don't see why car ownership now needs to be a thing.... Great cars and straight forward integration with the app, as simple as falling out of bed. I haven't owned a car for 10 years, and now there really is no point. This is not the the solution if you need regular use of a car, it will get expensive, but for infrequent needs this is cheaper than owning your own, particularly in terms of total cost of ownership.

Excellent idea, and pretty good most of the time. The hire price is pretty high though (and tending upward), and impractical for longer trips (e.g. day trips) - I reached out to mevo about this and haven't had a response in 2 months. I appreciate the new options for insurance. Significantly better UX than competitor cityhop. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disproportionately high number of big cars, which seems to go against the idea of urban friendly.

Super convenient, easy to use and pricing is reasonable if driving around town. Gets a bit more pricy for day trips or overnight trips. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a car occasionally and doesn't want the hassle if parking, and costs associated to owning a car.

Update: New app design is good! Our first ride went flawlessly. The car was so nice and such a reasonable price. No mucking around with people behind a desk, signing papers etc. Just turn up and roll. This business idea is ahead of the curve and I really hope it grows all over the country. 10\10

The option to get option to get a manual upload of your licence is quite hard to find, the chat is really helpful luckily and sorts it out quick smart. It'd be helpful to have an option pop up to send failing licence photos through to you guys if the photo recognition fails enough times.

Installed it several times and checked permissions were all correct but it crashes everytime I try to upload licence. After reading other reviews decided it's too flaky yet to rely on when you get to the car .. is it all going to work. Good idea, but not yet reliable enough. Keep trying.

Everytime I reserve a car the app just starts blinking and I have to restart my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app but still hasn't made any difference as the app just blinks when I reserve a car and then cannot use it. Waste of time.
