Very inconvenient app. It drops the phone number once in a while and i need to login again an again. It doesn't allow to recharge the account by custom amount of money. To sum-up, the application looks and works as it was industry standard 20 years ago... There are still scratch cards in place!!! I've seen them last time in my childhood.

Great app. When entering the confirmation code, it crashes every time. On a device with Android 12. Uninstalling, clearing the cache or all of the data, have no effect whatsoever. 👎 Reply to the devs: App is fully updated. So, now it doesn't work on wifi anymore? Talking about up-dating the app...

Impossible to login when entering my phone number and activation code; for the past two days when I enter the newly received activation code, an error pops up saying "Frog Something went wrong. Try again later.". Unbelievable. Update 24/5: Two days later, multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, still same problem: "Something went wrong. Try again later. " Cannot top up my account, cannot benefit from frog's offers as they are not available from "My Cosmote" website. This is borderline mockery.

It was all good up till I couldn't top-up using a credit card anymore. Deleted for several months, reinstalled again, same thing, can't top up, can't add a different card either. And can't call the customer service cause I have 0€ and not in Greece at the moment. (They charge 19 cents for the call) Would you guys maybe, figure this all out? Otherwise people will just stop using the Frog provider at all

I was using the app and it was working correctly until yesterday. I top up then trying to activate for 5gb internet for 25days, and other extra bonuses but couldn't. It says something went wrong, meanwhile I still have 10euros,75cents from my last top up.

I can't load again using my debit/credit card it always says something went wrong so i have to buy a top up card from ding which charges 3 euro for the service charge but the thing is i used the same credit card for purchasing a top up card in ding but can't use it directly to their app.

OK. It works. However you say you will give us 3200 box points. Each and every time you don't give them and I have to contact your support. Also there is no history of transactions which is there in the mycosmote app (but doesn't show transactions made through frog app!!?

The app is good, alot of good data bundles.. Problem is it wont accept my euro debit card to top up my sim. I already contacted my bank and they said its the IPs system error.
