Absolutely atrocious!!! I would give it negative 10 stars if I could. They give you online/app deals, but make the app such a nightmare to use it's not really worth it. It lags and loads slower than a GIF on dial-up. It doesn't actually remember your rewards card number, and when you go to look it up, the cart empties. So the NIGHTMARE starts all over. Junk! Junk! Junk!

Utterly frustrating. My order gets refused because whatever address they decided to apply to me doesn't match what they say my bank tells them my address is. I've changed it to every possibility, it will not accept anything. On a side note, on Android the screen does not move up when the keyboard is on screen. You just don't get to see what you're typing.

The app is horrible. Try logging in using email and get an error message. Try to reset your password and get another error. I go online and am finally able to reset my password, go to place an order and even though I am logged in it makes me log in again. It won't let me log in and says I have entered an incorrect email or password. After 40 minutes, time to order Domino's. Much better app.

Using Samsung S21 Ultra you cannot update profile/phone#. It doesn't even register when you hit save so it won't update. I tried several times. Also, on the app there's no questions above the options for things like how many adults in your home or if you have kids under a certain age. I had to use the website. Uninstalling...no point to have app. Also, it would be nice if we could order macaroni and cheese pizza to go, but the only option is buffet for it...

Fix the flaws, app is slow, won't let me sign in. If you make a mistake or want to edit anything the order disappears. Usually takes me 20 mins to just order pizza and half the time I do not get the awards because as I said it won't let me sign in or rest my password. Put some money into your app. It's a digital word, keep up with it.

Spent over an hour trying to put an order in just to give up. App has horrible interface, kept kicking me out of being logged in, and would keep erasing my order. Finally get it in and it says I'm not logged in, my account doesn't exist, and I can't make an account cus my email is being used. I said f it and order as a guest and the price doubled because I was a guest. REALLY?!?

Garbage app. Literally don't bother, just use your phone to order directly from their website. Scrolling lags unbelievably and actually "rebounds" forcing you to keep 2 fingers on the screen at all times. Freezes if you try to scroll too "fast". Can't check prices without having to go all the way back to the beginning and start your order again.

They fix one issue and another pops up. The sign-in account function is just broken in a different way. I sign in, fill my cart, click checkout, asks me to sign in, so I do again, then it takes me back to my cart, and so on. Last time is said it didn't know my rewards number and then it was there.
