This app was working great then a month or 2 ago it stopped working. I go in make my order as soon as I hit cart to complete it wipes out the order and goes back to the start. Still having the same issue with the app not working. I guess they don't want my business as it has been about 5 months since this issue started. I used to order a few times a week but now I am not ordering at all due to this issue. I am sure the other company enjoys all my business.

Overall, it's a pretty terrible app. Allows you to pay and order ahead. So, 1 star. Not prioritizing mobile orders is a store problem, not an app problem. What IS an app problem is the menu organization. Things not listed anywhere in the app. Even stuff on the top 10 list isn't found elsewhere in the app. Payments sometimes don't work. I can often still order "sold-out" stuff in person at stores. Even the website links don't work or list old promos. CoCo needs to hire some new IT people.

Worse than ordering in store. I ordered 2 drinks to pick up, yet I waited 30 mins for my drinks. This wasn't the issue, the issue was that people who ordered in-store after I waited for 20min, they would get drinks right away. The only good thing about the app is to collect points and sometimes their deals. Other than that, I would rather order in store

App almost always overestimates the time needed for your order. I have been told that it would take 20 minutes for my order to be completed on many occasions. When I get notified my order is ready, I go to the store and find it completely empty and my order has been sitting for atleast 15 minutes already. There has been many times when my hot drink has become luke-warm because of this.

It's a good app. However there are human error factors. Once I waited for 1h because it was busy. They should prioritize online orders before walk-ins, otherwise it defeats the purpose of skipping the line. Secondly waited for another hour because they didn't send the pick up ready notification. I understand it can get busy but there should be a system to avoid this (maybe the store should get the money once the order is ready perhaps?)

So glad I found this app, it has worked great for both delivery and pick up. One feature I wish it had was a brief description of the drinks and toppings. When I click on a drink it takes me directly to the order screen, I've had to Google beverages and toppings just to know what Coco's drinks are.

The app works fine. Although I do have one suggestion. Please add a confirmation of pick up or takeout location before placing the order. I have experienced ordering from the wrong location by mistake but wouldn't have known until I arrive at the wrong location to pick up.

Terrible app experience. When you order delivery it tells you the the order is ready for pickup but does not give any information about the delivery. You just have to hope your order is on its way. I placed a delivery order and after 2 hours I did not get any update on my order and it never arrived. The only good thing is it was not difficult to cancel my order and get a refund.
