When I first downloaded the app, it was somewhat functional but totally unreliable. After the update, the app keeps changing the time and other settings on the cameras. (Always incorrect time and keeps setting the cameras to human detecting, which does not work. The update also took away the ability to set the record time on alarms, and it is stuck at 15 seconds now.) The "improvements" turned it all into unusable junk.

Are verifications codes being sent from Alpha Centauri? I've tried six different times with two different email addresses - and yes, I have checked spam folders - but I've yet to receive a response with verification code to even start the app. So the security camera I bought is absolutely useless! What the hell?!

Very unhappy with this 'update'. Several basic functions not available with new units or older ones. If they do not update the update I will write a scathing review both here and on Amazon. Let this be a warning. I will be waiting for and expecting comprehensive improvements to this app.

This app work great for years and now It doesn't save anything on the sd card and the cloud doesn't work correctly I think they updated the system and had no idea about all these problems we have all users would see to solve this soon

Account required login all of a sudden, password reset requested stated 'account does not exist'. Support email has been ignored. Many videos saved are now lost. no support from Homeeye. Update ...Created new login and everything started working. The updated app seems more functional. Found old saved videos under Me > Old version appdata.

Device works for a while but then just shows offline and you must power cycle it. Undependable for long term use. Edit: Device failed after 1 year. I have tried power cycle and reformat SD card but it no longer connects to wifi.
