The literal worst. I installed the app and entered my phone number as directed. Then I entered the pin that was texted to me. From there you get a screen stating thag app has been updated with a button the click to get the latest version. It takes you to the app store to download, and then this cycle starts over and over. There are no other options for getting my results. Unbelievable. So now I have no idea the test results which could result in further infections.

App keeps saying there is an update, while signed in, even after: clearing app storage and cache, re-installing the app, restarting the phone and installing app on a second device. I have 2 test results to review in the app and CANNOT GET TO THEM! I needed them for a flight and I cannot get anyone from tech support for help. The Florida Department of Health messed up using this app!!!

Installed several times. No result. Asked for assistance. No response. I received a response. This was also no help whatsoever. Why would anyone design, much less use like the state of Florida does, an app that is this difficult for many people to understand. It could and should be much easier to obtain your results. A simple phone call would have been much easier and much better. Florida should get rid of this ridiculously hard to use app.

Update: The app finally downloaded and I was able to get my results. I'm not sure what the hold up was, but I just left it at 63% and never closed the play store and it finally installed 100%. Old Review: App will not complete download. I've been trying to download now for 2 days and it stops at 63% and won't go no further. What a waste of time. Don't even bother. Just make the phone call to get your results.

What a DREADFUL APP! I am SO frustrated!!!!!! Something as important as these results, being delivered in such a horribly ineffective way! Impossible to talk to somebody about it! (Sending an email results in a useless automatic response!) Stuck and apparently there is nothing I can do. (The app opens, asks for my number, I receive and put in the pin....... and nothing. Spinning wheel of death forever! Tried to uninstall and reinstall.. restarted my phone.. tried another phone... NOTHING.)

I downloaded this app for my results from 1 covid test I took. Since having it I have received a different new test notification every single day for the last month. I had to opt out of the texts because they constantly send "you have a new test result available". My test was positive yet they constantly upload a negative result. Not a very trusting app. I'll stick with my actual results.

7/4 Developer reached out, and helped me fix it. Working fine now. Original review, 7/2 Finally started contact tracing even though I've had my Bluetooth turned on for a month. Battery started draining like crazy, and it heated up my phone, so I had to turn it off. Bonehead government wasted a lot of money on this worthless app.

Terrible... you have to download the app to see test results. But as soon as I open it and get in, it says I need to update to the latest version. Hello, this is the latest version I downloaded it 2 min ago. Tried to uninstall and install again and it does the same thing. It's a weekend so no way to get a hold of anyone about the results.
