Hoped it would improve my Draytek experience. Installed and it did nothing, so tried adding a device manually as it couldn't see anything. It simply crashed. I have been using Draytek for about 15 years, and setup using their tech teams. Issues with some devices can't connect to some WiFi, VPN won't work, and some devices invisible on the lan. Hoped this would help. Sadly not. Can't see the point if the app at all. Uninstalled.

My router's password is 23 characters long. I wanted it to be 32 but it truncated it (without telling me) by chance I realised what it'd done. Now, this app truncates passwords at 20 chars, so it can't connect to my router... terrible. I have to change my router's password to make it work !F#@& !

Poor. I could at least connect but it has very poor graphics and very limited functionality. It also doesn't correctly display clients. Shoddy app, not worth it - you'd do better simply using your phone's browser and logging on directly.

Don't want to be rude but I'm not sure I understand the purpose of the app. It doesn't give me any more functionality than logging in to the Web UI of my ap903s, other than a speed test, the dashboard takes me to the ap903 Web ui anyway. It may have been useful for mesh setup, I couldn't say as it isn't compatible with my mesh root, a Draytek vigor 2865. I'm left wondering whether this was a box ticking exercise. 'we need an android app'. I'll uninstall it.

Surprisingly bad. Very poorly laid out interface. Struggles to find Draytek kit. When manually able to connect, the NEXT button claims it is waiting for the AP's IP address, despite the fact that its IP is visible on screen. By the way, the application is wider than the phone's screen so all four edges and some writing are obscured. Uninstalling.

DrayTek put all the effort into providing feature rich products such as routers, but ruin everything to do with this app. All this app does is show basic and unusefull information. It lacks so many features, such as Diagnostics Reports (ADSL Errors, Reboot Device, adjust WAN and LAN settings). If they add some good app features then it would be handy for remote troubleshooting.

No search option. Connected to the WiFi after factory reset but no way to search or add the device. Really bad implementation. This needs to be improved ten fold to make it deployable

Getting nowhere. I have a manually configured 2862/960 mesh. I can see the nodes in the app, but the dialogue of adding and naming network is making no sense. App kept hanging so reinstalled but unable to use as all documentation assumes starting from scratch.
