App hardly ever works. Can't even scan the QR codes with my phone the pics won't focus to scan, but can sometimes with my husband's phone (which is only 1 yr newer then mine). That is if I can even get the screen to load. Mostly just see a white page with 3 tabs at the top (savings, scan and rewards, account) that do nothing when u click on them. I haven't even gotten to try to use a coupon since I can't even get anything to load on the screens.

The only way you can scan the QR codes is by first taking a picture with a different phone and then stand the larger QR code displayed on your second phone screen. I've been saving my similac woods trying to get the app to work but the app regularly crashes and fails to display or even fails to open the phone scanner in the first place.

This app is a piece of junk. Rarely does it let me use the camera to scan the qr code and when it does I have several saved up to do at once. It loads you to a webpage instead of an actual app page so it's difficult to navigate to your coupons. Half the time I can't even find them. Wish I had just stayed signed up for the paper coupons

App seems to malfunction every time. It never seems to recognize me. Sometimes it will not recognize my log-in & reroutes me to a website to enter the same info. Once it would not scan the QR codes & give credit. Once it did not allow credit for formula cans that arrived without a QR sticker (no alternative way to get points). Now it isn't allowing me to scan QR codes at all. I was able to redeem a $10 coupon which was a convoluted process for the cashier to get it to work. Not impressed.

You can not actually scan qr codes because the app does not allow zoom, and the qr codes on the product are so small. In order to actually scan them, I have to use an old phone on camera mode zoomed 4x and then use the app to scan the screen of the other phone. Considering this is realistically the primary function of the app, it really should be fixed.

App is not useful and appears to be malfunctioning. At one point I could see a total of 2 $10 coupons to use. Then I received a text notification that I had received another reward. When I try and access my "savings " my coupons not my new rewards can be found...just a blank screen that shows me privacy information. Definitely don't recommend this app.

I used similac with my first but my second go around has shown me that similac is an awful organization. They transitioned from paper coupons to this really terrible app. Long story short, being an android user I have to use the web browser. Fine. Then they tell you you have to use coupons after every 5 scans. So I did this & it still won't reset the scans. Why bother with the scanning? Now the coupons have stopped too. Tried to email support but they req calls. SAVE YOURSELF AND USE ENFAMIL.

Needs to be better. I love savings and coupons as any other parent does. But the "app" is actually just a direct link to the website. Almost everytime I try to go in to scan the qr code it just shows a blank page. I have had to just use regular old google to go onto the website to scan and access my code. Similac, just have someone develop an actual app and one that works at that. Please and thank you, signed every rewards customer!
