Can't change payment method. The reason I logged in to change. Wa made less convenient previously by unenrolling me in auto-pay. Can no longer use a credit card "due to third-party card payment policies" even though my other energy company & internet provider allow it for instance.

Why is this version trying to open my Samsung Account and Browser to log on? I don't even use the Samsung browser... prompting me to agree to some Samsung terms?!?

App not working uninstalled 1 more try then deleting account on app then the app I tried to log back in today after reinstalling it and when I select the app it does not open to log in page I have to go to the web page instead app is not working. I cant share the screen shot what comes up

Give you the option to put in your address and info, but it only works if you give it your account no. Now I have to jump on the website and make up a password so I can find my account no. This app is trash

It's ridiculous that you download this app and have to wait for an email verification code , Every, Time you want to log in. Bank apps don't even do that. Not to mention they raised their price and just got called out for having such a frail power grid in Michigan. Weak Sauce!

I like the consumers energy app. It keeps me up to date on the progress of fixing downed power lines after big storms. I can easily pay my bill.

Can't view usage information in app. Tries and fails to load web pages in external browsers for it.

The app is clean intuitive, and it does exactly what's needed & the features you want most at any given point are easy to find & use. It can be easy to get carried away with so many bells & whistles that things get messy and hard to navigate - this app team has avoided all those pitfalls. Previously, my only complaint was a little glitchiness, and it often lagged quite a bit. *But the latest update seems to have resolved these. I'd say this version is on point! Well done.
