The app works great when you first load it. Then it goes down and when I reload it does not work right I have reloaded it a dozen times and it still doesn't work. It stated that it is for an older version of android and does not work. I can't understand why if the phone is new it may not work can you update your app. Updating should be easy for you guys and maybe the phone will work better.

OK app but it would be better if it could have just 1 button to punch in and out. Green to punch in and then have the button turn Grey to punch out. This way someone can't punch in or out twice. Also, if it could have a clock of time in for the week and time in for the day. This way staff could know how many hours they have. If they are over or under hours.

App is broken, it just shows the clock winding animation when I open it. Every time I clock in I have to use the e3 app which requires a login every time and is way less convenient. Just to be sure, I tested it out over data and nothing changes. The app worked fine before today. Hope the developers see this review.

App has to be restarted constantly to get it to work properly. Also, the location is very inaccurate. Sometimes it'll put that I was more than a half mile away from where I actually punched in or out. The same has happened with my coworkers

Does not work consistently. Many times I still end up having to use my laptop to clock in and out because it didnt work on the phone in which case I end up clocking in or out later.

Worked just fine until a recent update. Seems myself and multiple staff have experienced long delays with the app working and I frequently have to restart my phone (2-3 x day) to get it work. Just a pain to use now.

Great for clocking in quicker. But sometimes my clock ins wouldn't record. Weird. Like once a week. It didn't register and I had to tell my supervisor to correct my time. But very convenient

it used to work but the last 2 weeks it has not been working - just sits there spinning and unable to clock in or out. I have to use my web browser instead. very inconvenient and unreliable
