I have been receiving this box for over 6 years now. I do love getting my "love gift" to myself every few months. Great quality item items and I have found new favorites that I would have never bought for myself!

I get a "no internet connection" pop up very often, which is annoying because I am connected. I have to close out and go back in and start my product search all over again which sucks of I am 100 products in during a sale. Also not a fan of the search feature. If the product I am searching for is not there, I have a hard time clearing my search request to return to main page.

Please take the 1 star reviews to heart. Tried to use a code emailed to me minutes prior a for a free mystery bundle as a new customer, and it apparently "didn't take" in favor of a far lesser discount. Interesting. Inexplicably, customer service keeps saying "you can't stack discounts." I was "stacking" nothing by using the one code I was emailed. Take ownership of the error and don't email codes you won't accept.

Hard to make changes. Cannot find shipping and tracking info. Didn't save my address change so my box went to a my old address and I'm losing all that money. I will be canceling

The app is pretty good. Not the 'easiest' to navigate but better than others. The reason for the low score is the new 'background' color for the Subscriptions area being BLACK. It's TERRIBLE! So many items have black as the primary color - which means they just 'blend into' the background, making it really hard to see/read anything. I understand that they want people to be able to distinguish that they're in a different area (Subscriptions, not Sales), but this is this is AWFUL imo.

I absolutely abhor being forced to download apps to rate and review... first Influenster and now FFF. Besides that hassle, the app is horrendous. Crashes constantly, not intuitive, and when trying to review, THE TEXT IS INVISIBLE SO I CAN'T EVEN SEE WHAT I'M TYPING! So frustrating and inconvenient. The last box was awful and this app situation is only adding to my feelings of annoyance with this company. I think it's time to cancel.

More bug than program, truthfully. This recent time, they've made it so you can't use the app without updating it, but Google play also shows that there are no updates available. Figures. This is on top of being horribly slow and poorly designed. Can't even sort of stock apparel by size, a BASIC function of any website with clothing. So annoying. Just use a computer and don't bother with the app, it's astounding how poorly it's made.

Major bugs render app nearly useless! Similar to another reviewer... Cannot shop add-ons due to none of the images of items showing up (actually just a flashing grey box where every image should be that could give you a seizure if sensitive to it). I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as force stop and clearing cache. None of these have helped.
