Very Disappointed with the Service. I booked two tickets from Chennai to Trichy in a hurry due to an urgent situation. Soon after, I realized I only needed one ticket and wanted to cancel the other. I was told that, as per the cancellation policy, the tickets are non-refundable even for a partial cancellation. There was no flexibility offered at all. In this day and age, partial cancellation should be a basic feature. It's disappointing that the system doesn’t allow any adjustments.

This is regarding my extremely disappointing experience with NueGo on two consecutive trips. Trip 1: Bus delayed by 2 hours, helpline numbers shared on WhatsApp were useless, no one answered. No water provided, AC malfunctioning, seats & hygiene below average. Trip 2: Received a last-minute call (30 mins prior) about a boarding point change—8 km away! Completely inconvenient, especially with heavy luggage. Cabin was dirty, seats poorly maintained, floor greasy, back area emitting smoke!

I had a very disappointing experience with your bus service. The bus arrived just 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time. Despite calling and requesting the driver to wait, the bus was not stopped for me. I was just a few minutes away, yet the staff showed no cooperation or concern. Due to this, I missed the bus and ended up wasting both my valuable time and money. considering the circumstances were not entirely in my control and I had made timely communication to the driver.

worst bus service experience. I booked tickets from Delhi to Haldwani..Bus delayed me and other passengers were waiting on the bus stop.. The person probably driver number which neugo given us after booking switched off his phone. He switched on didn't pickup and again switched off. Many passengers along with me were trying that' time. Neither the person picked up the call nor neugo customer Care.

I’m giving one star because this is beyond frustrating. I’ve been traveling with NueGo for the last two years, but the current Hosur route has become a complete nightmare. There’s constant traffic and road construction, and yet your team shows zero common sense or initiative to fix the issue. How hard is it to reroute the bus and directly connect to Dharmapuri, bypassing Hosur altogether? In my last five trips, the bus has been delayed by 3 to 4 hours every single time. It’s ridiculous

I booked a sleeper coach from Delhi to Dehradun (11:40 PM departure). Just before the journey, I was told the sleeper option was unavailable. I had to switch to a sitting seat with 50% refund as I had urgent travel plans. The bus then departed very late at 1:00 AM, and I had to wait at the stop over an hour. Also, the refund promised within 24 hours has still not been credited. This was a very poor experience overall, and I expect my refund to be processed promptly.

They use dynamic pricing, which increases prices during periods of high demand and may charge excessively. This takes unethical advantage of customer needs. Additionally, the price initially shown when browsing bus options is significantly lower than the actual amount charged at the time of booking.
