It is detailed. But there is no order history. Once I paid for my order, it just disappeared and I had no way to check if it went through or when it would be ready.. I didn't get an email confirmation, either. When I called, they did have my order. So it worked! I just wish I could've checked that it went through and had a delivery time. Also, when adding ingredients, having prices next to them help.. and having your current total displayed on the cart button at the bottom would be nice. Just needs some finessing. But it works. Edit. I finally received an email confirmation.

The user interface is terrible and frequently causes you to start over if you click the wrong button. Not intuitive or well adopted. Ownership does not take the time to go through individual menu items to understand how the additional addons are unclear and confusing to the customer.

It would be nice to see how much certain upgrades are while placing the order, but we can still get there with old fashioned trial & error. A very functional and competent app for a small business with a customer base limited by geographic proximity.

APP NEEDS FIXING!! Crashes when I click on items to order and I have to close out and restart app. Buggy when entering info, not allowing me to click out of the box. Tried reinstall to no avail. I could only order one of my items but it took me an hour of wasted time...I love their food though., maybe too much.

I was able to complete an order, but I was unable to add any appetizers, including the reward for first time users. This seems to be a new problem because I had no problems adding the same items last week (even though I decided not to place an order at that time).

App VERY easy to use. And was extremely helpful. My hubby and i had a lock on our debit cards because we were outta town so made this experience 10 times better because they take cash upon delivery. Most places don't anymore 👍👏

It's convenient! It would be nice if one could receive a push or notification when the order is ready or about to be ready. Since the app hass also one's phone number, one could also receive a text as well.

Incredibly confusing. Had to repeat submission several times. The credit card kept saying gift on bottom. App kept assuming customer understood things that were unclear. Horrible app
