Great app and service. I have the hypervolt 2 pro and it is a great product that complements great with the app. I just have 1 comment about the videos: in some frames or seconds, because of the camera angle or color of the model pants vs the hypervolt color, you can't see completely where and how it is doing it. And videos I don't know why take long to start, maybe because of a "slow" internet 80mbs/sec Team response is fast and they do care, thanks

Not able to use two devices at the same time. I have the hyperice knee and the hyperice shoulder. Duh!!! Apparently they never thought about this situation.

I am using the App with a Hyperice Hyprovolt Massage gun and i am encountering regular problems with the app. For example: - When doing a routine, pause it and the screen of my phone turns dark (standby), the app is not responding after turning the screen back on - When a routine is done, the app is very slow and the app is frozen for around 10sec. - When pausing a routine, and accidentally the screen turns Landscape, the app is frozen aswell and has to be restarted. I hope the app improves

The app is just awful all around. Poor UX, Poor UI, Buggy, Bluetooth issues. Seriously, who did the research, who did the wireframes, who ran it though Figma? Who developed it? Who in the hell signed off?! Yes, I've uninstalled. Yes, I've cleared the cache. Yes, I've tried it on different devices. No, nothing has improved. I am probably going to look elsewhere for a new gun (update/upgrade) because the app ruins what should be a top notch experience. Shame on the Devs. 🔔🔔🔔

This app is so bad. Screen turns off while video is playing. Doesn't tell you what attachment to put on while it tells you to get ready, or what position to get to, until it starts the motor and the timer. So you have to manually pause it, change heads and start it manually. Some of the videos are of a guy in black pants with a black gun and a black attachment pushing on something, but you can't see what he's pushing on. Wear light coloured pants, these are such easy oversights. Dumb app.

The device is great when it works, but it often doesn't and it's getting worse. When the app doesn't work the device doesn't work. I haven't been able to use it for over 2 weeks. I recommend not buying this.

phone doesn't stay on when video is playing. another no brainer... allow me to seek into videos, it messes up the ux and just adds frustration. and last, don't seek video without the actual video playing... the video buffers while eating up time, so let's say it takes 5 sec to start playing, video starts at second # 5 and not from the start. overall sloppy app.

Constant issues with app: • restarts exercise. • goes from auto to manual constantly. • full screen causes the screen to go black or stops the exercise. • nothing to stop the screen from timing out, and when it does time out, the exercise crashes. •sometimes the timer just stops progressing . •pausing it causes the exercise to either crash, restart the execise or restart the routine.
