app is now useless. new update is broken. app force closes almost instantly, erased my car from my garage. and when I do manage to get it to launch, it requires me to reconnect to vehicle/ antenna, not it says success but does not add it or show it's connected. my long range credit card remote will still work on my car though, but I'm able to use the app at all.

I had the same issue as an above user stated. It worked ok for a while. I lost connection. I was also sitting right in the car and couldn't reconnect to the antenna. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and logged back in. Would not pair. I had to delete the car and I registered under new login and password and I'm reconnected and all functions working. Hope to not get kicked off again. The temp doesn't always work either, would've given 5 stars had there not been any issues so far.

The app definetly has potential but falls short for me. My timer does not work.. although it worked on the installers phone under the set up mode. This would be very helpful with my second issue... it doesn't always confirm the start. The key symbol turns green but then randomly, the app crashes. Upon reopening.. it will say out of range and fail to connect. If the timer worked.. at least i would know for sure it's started. Also the engine noise option in the settings doesn't work.2013Ram1500

constantly says put of range and is trying to make a connection only to find out the vehicle did in fact start. The description of the app says to stay connected to your car and in my case that is very misleading if the app is constantly saying out of range while the vehicle is well within the supposed 1 mile range.

Installed app, attempted to register for the very first time and the app unexpectedly closed, tried to register again and it tells me that an account already exists, try to login, enter credentials click on login and the app just closes. Terrible, terrible app, completely failed from the get go, fills me with zero confidence in the app.

The sound alarms need changing. When I lock or start the car it makes all kinds of sounds on my phone, when it has an alarm registered it doesnt make any sound on my phone except a text message sound. At 2am sending me a text us worthless. My phone should scream when my alarm goes off. It also unlocks the car when you turn auto start off. You need to relock the doors if you turn the auto start off. My wish list is to have a temperature notification so you know what the temp is in the car. Not a bad app, it just needs more control or features added. The no alarm sound thing I mentioned about is a big deal. If all the app is gonna do is send me a text on a full alarm, it makes the purpose of the app useless. If I'm at a football game and my vehicle is in the lot, sending me a text telling me my alarm us going off is useless, having my phone vibrate and scream at me with a sound programmed into the app that screams out of my phone or let me select my own sounds. Needs an alarm sound notification, I want it to wake me up not send me a text.

11.11.18 Constantly has trouble making a Bluetooth connection. Retry multiple times with the remote right next to the phone and it won't find it. Update. Still regular issues. I was told by the installer to delete everything and add it back in again. I can't get it to connect to the antenna in order to perform any of these functions. 4.21.21 still bad no update in 2 years?!

Zero stars. I install for a living. This app sucks. Never connects to the vehicle or the remote. Even after the battery on the remote has charged. You push the lock and/or unlock and nothing happens. You have to push it 3 or 4 times and then it floods and locks it's a bunch. I always have customer complaints like it's my fault but I have to tell them to write a negative review and hopefully the app developers can work out these bugs. I had a customer today that I couldn't get the app to connect
