The food tastes good. A little salty. They never seem to get the orders correct when I order online. On multiple burgers there was no lettuce or grilled onions added even though it is on the order. The incomplete orders problem seems to be normal for this place. It has happen both times I used the app. Unfortunately I live 20 miles away and can't come back to get the food fixed. Everybody would be way too hungry by the time I would be able to get new food. 😕 The app is difficult to navigate

Great food! The app is new so I haven't had much opportunity to use it, but so far it seems easy to use. When you click order it brings up a list of locations, then when you click the location it brings up a map, then you click on the location on the map, then it brings up the menu, seems like a few steps too many.

Love this place, its so layed back yet upbeat that it's relaxing. Dont have to put on a suite and tie. And some really really good burgers. Why do fastfood when you can come here!!? Always really nice and helpful patient and hard working. Love the music, they play actual good music! Real music if you will lol. Thanks for being so awesome 👌

I came in to killer burger to order food. I downloaded the app I'm older and not that great with online stuff so it takes me awhile. We'll apparently my sitting here ordering food online is upsetting to them .because this young lady has not only embarrassed me beyond belief . The fries are really good. Though. One girl made it a point to tell me I could not get the rewards until tomorrow for downloading app. Not true I was able to order the reward now. I'm not dirty I have on clean clothes don't

Love Killer Burger, but their app is straight up garbage. Clunky user experience when ordering, and my rewards account has been broken for months which leaves me unable to earn points or redeem coupons & promotions.

Really poorly designed, confusing sometimes, points system and contacting support doesn't work Update: it took away points, haven't used the app in a while, it was stuck ay 250 saying 0 points until next reward, never used them, logged on today to find it took away a lot of my points, really terrible
A Sneaky Chicken
Extremely handy at the moment, has the local location just recently opened and is routinely swamped. Most restaurant apps seem kind of pointless, but for me this is very useful for when I'm on my way home from work.
