The app actually is ok,but what bothers me the most is that my Renogy components, like my two charge controllers, my inverter & all the Renogy smart relays and my On/Off smart switches,can't be organized in the app or on the Renogy Core 1. Every time I add a component, it randomly installs and places it wherever it feels like it.This is not user-friendly and looks like a mess, making it difficult to navigate & find what I'm looking for.Please update to allow for the icons to be moved as needed.

In the release notes you say you fix the bug where it "display crazy high numbers". I still get that occasionally and just briefly. Is there any way to increase the speed of the history display/graphs? It takes about 15 seconds for mine to show up. I also have Victron devices and their app response tremendously faster. One very good advantage of your app is that if you navigate away from it and then return it is still active. with the Victron app it has to reconnect and sync back up.

I was trying to find a way to contact the developer. This app is the only access to my inverter as far as data. Not to user friendly always have to log back in. Have to be 10ft near the Bluetooth for it to work. No history or graph for previous data. Someone else has a different system and they get all kinds of resources on their system which I was looking forward to. Renogy, I thought was a brand name to have such a terrible platform for data. The app needs a good overhaul. needs alerts.

The graphical interface is marginal at best. 2 stars... The permissions to export data to a csv, from the history area of the app... is to a photo? not even a folder. Obviously, this will not work. This was poor programming and testing efforts. Now the Rover 40 solar controller, that seems to be pretty solid. the menu system isn't friendly, but how often are you in the menu? THE ONLY MAJOR DOWNSIDE of my controller is that it is noisy on the hf bands. (ham radio ops will understand).

I can not believe how bad this app is, especially for the price of renogy. Has NO S.O.C Battery charge reading is incorrect, it shows gross incoming charge without compensating for load...the battery charge watts and solar input watts are always the same no matter the load...again... NO STATE OF CHARGE. Also you do not need to give your location for this app to work, that is only for data collection, same with the log in nonsense and it's shameful! DO BETTER RENOGY

-Does not show historical daily data. -Lacks alot of basic and common data one would use. -Bloated with alot of useless data options. -Slow to load. -Not user friendly. -Really bad App overall. I won't be a customer any longer and will buy other options with better service.

If it was a boat it would be the titanic because it crashes and then nothing. I've never seen such a poor bluetooth especially as we buy it separately for the controller it's flat ridiculous. I thought they were reputable

App is basically useless. I purchased renogy products under the impression that I could see my data and even paid extra for parts to help monitor. This app is useless. It does not track data. Every time I open the app my One Core is not connected. If I want to do the rv leveling from my phone it has to be open on the one core or it just says everything level. Total waste of money. Wish I would have went with a different brand.
