Every order takes nearly 2 hours to get delivered. If it gets delivered at all. Worst delivery app I've ever used.

This app seems to work half the time. I can order something from a menu and go to my cart but it won't be there. Sometimes the menu to even choose a restaurant will not even work and I have to close the app and open it back up to be able to use it. If people are gonna use this service, it's gonna have to work properly in order to order anything.

DO NOT USE!! Expensive and 2 hr wait just to cancel your order!!!! Was recommended this app for food delivery from my Airbnb. Placed an order and delivery said 105-125 mins. Which was fine until our order was cancelled after waiting Over an hour! We then called the restuarant for a pick up and our order was only $32 instead of the $66 that this app said! Delivery driver missed out bc we tip well!

9 out of 10 times you won't get everything you ordered, 7 out of 10 times it will take more than an hour and a half to get food. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money on this. Update: they are still just as bad as they were. Cold food as my order is picked up then driver sits at another restaurant for 20 minutes for a different order. Waste of money

Locks up my Galaxy S9 requiring a restart half the time or on-screen "buttons" are unresponsive. It does eventually work.

Never will use this service again. Delivery time on app & website was 30 minutes. Once order processed it was 90. Took a full hour for restaurant to prep. This is third time. Done.

The first time I ordered from this app it was great. The second order was a nightmare. I might as well pick the food up myself. I will not se this ap again.
